How to De-Puff Tired Eyes with Green Tea

After a long weekend that last thing you want is for your face to look as bad as you truly feel. Yes, you finally left all your work at the office this weekend, but now Monday is just around the corner and all you can think about is that presentation you had been putting on the back burner. Forget about sleep, right?!

Well thankfully, there is a cheap and quick solution that will at least make you look good during the presentation you half assed while watching late night Bravo. 

What you need: Two green tea bags and an empty ice cube tray.

Before prep: Brew a very strong cup of green tea and pour into the ice cube tray. Place the tray into the freezer until morning.

The next morning: After washing your face, gently massage a green tea ice cube directly onto your puffy under-eye area. Hint: rub in small circles until melted

Why it works: Green tea is packed full of antioxidants and caffeine, both proven to soothe and reduce swelling. Green tea works even better in frozen form for those tired and puffy eyes, because the cold temperature restricts blood vessels and reduce puffiness.
