Overview: A group of 11 men, aged between 18 and 30, allegedly attacked a teen girl as she was walking home, dragging her into a wooded area and raping her for several hours. However, during the trial, one of the suspects confessed that the group only had sex with her because of her disturbing “demand.”
According to the Daily Mail:
Syrian man accused of gang raping teenager outside a German nightclub with 10 friends claims the victim, 18, ‘demanded’ sex
- Eleven men, most from Syria, are accused of gang raping a teenager in Freiburg
- The 18-year-old was allegedly attacked after her drink was spiked at techno rave
- She was allegedly repeatedly assaulted outside after being dragged into bushes
- Lawyers for group’s ‘ringleader’ Majd H claim she ‘demanded’ sex with the men
The endless pandering to the migrants in Germany will win Merkel’s party their votes, and that is apparently all that matters to Merkel and her cohorts.
Meanwhile, why does this keep happening? One survivor of a Muslim rape gang in the UK said that her rapists would quote Quran to her, and believed their actions justified by Islam.
The Qur’an teaches that Infidel women can be lawfully taken for sexual use (cf. its allowance for a man to take “captives of the right hand,” 4:3, 4:24, 23:1-6, 33:50, 70:30). The Qur’an says: “O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.” (33:59) The implication there is that if women do not cover themselves adequately with their outer garments, they may be abused, and that such abuse would be justified.
“Syrian man accused of gang rape of 18-year-old girl along with ‘ten others’ in Germany will appear in juvenile court despite being aged 22,” by Sara Malm, MailOnline, February 18, 2019:
A 22-year-old Syrian man accused of being the instigator of a brutal gang rape of an 18-year-old German woman will appear in a juvenile court, despite his age.
Majd H. allegedly orchestrated the brutal four-hour gang rape of the teenager, which took place after he allegedly drugged her in a nightclub in Freiburg, south-west Germany on October 14 last year.
German police believe Majd H. raped the woman outside the club, before calling ‘at least nine’ of his friends, aged between 19 and 30, who then took turns in sexually assaulting her.
Eight other suspects in the nightclub rape case are being held in investigative custody and have not yet been charged. Police are still looking for an eleventh suspect who is currently on the run.
Martina Wilke, spokeswoman for the public prosecutor’s office said: ‘The main suspect was charged with a total of nine criminal acts.’
At the time of the sexual assault of the 18-year-old, Majd H. had an arrest warrant against him for a drugs offence, and was supposed to be arrested on the 23rd October.
According to Bild, the warrant described Majd H. as a dangerous individual and a repeat offender, stating that it was highly probable that he might commit other offenses, including grievous bodily harm, sexual coercion and exhibitionism.
One of the other crimes which Majd H. is charged with is the alleged rape of a 19-year-old girl in September 2017 in his flat in Freiburg.
According to prosecutors, the 19-year-old was also raped by two other Syrian men aged 22 and 23. The latter allegedly also took part in the gang rape of the 18-year-old outside the night club.
Some German media reports that Majd H. was under 21 at the time of his crimes – April to October 2018 – however he is now being reported as 22. Despite this, he will appear in juvenile court.
According to local news reports, Majd H. came to Germany in 2014, and is believed to have had links to the YPG – a Kurdish militia which has been involved in fighting ISIS in Syria and Iraq.
