Speculation, Analysis & Opinion By Elder Patriot – Something stinks.
(New York Post) There’s no way that man could have killed himself. I’ve done too much time in those units. It’s an impossibility. – former inmate of the Metropolitan Correctional Center in lower Manhattan is quoted as having said.
The former inmate goes on to describe the design of the room and how it makes suicide impossible in his opinion.
Low ceilings, nothing on the ceiling to hang anything from, bed frames bolted to the floor, no bars, and bed sheets made of little more than paper unable to hold a 200-pound man like Epstein.
They don’t give you enough in there that could successfully create an instrument of death. You want to write a letter, they give you rubber pens and maybe once a week a piece of paper.
Nothing hard or made of metal.
… it’s my firm belief that Jeffrey Epstein did not commit suicide. It just didn’t happen.
Another former inmate, Uzair Paracha, told the New York Post, that guards “monitored us like lab rats.”
Paracha spent time in a unit known as 9 South, where inmates like Epstein who are assigned to protective custody are housed. That floor has its own set of stringent security measures.
A review of published stories found only one such death [suicide] in the past 21 years, the 1998 suicide of South Philadelphia drug kingpin Louis Turra, who reportedly hanged himself.
Not a single suicide was committed in more than two decades for our research.
Like Paracha, Epstein was being housed in the Special Housing Unit on the 9th floor of the federal Metropolitan Correctional Center
That unit is an ultra-secure federal lock-up where suicide is considered all but impossible to commit.
I was stunned by Epstein's suicide, though probably not as much as Epstein himself.

According to multiple reports, guards at the MCC did not conduct the prisoner checks overnight leading up to Epstein’s death, as they are required to do.
(Reuters) “At the MCC, two jail guards are required to make separate checks on all prisoners every 30 minutes, but that procedure was not followed overnight, according to the source. In addition, every 15 minutes guards are required to make another check on prisoners who are on suicide watch.”
(Breitbart) Cameron Lindsay, an ex-warden who worked at three federal prisons, said in an interview with NBC News:
For them to pull him off suicide watch is shocking. For someone this high-profile, with these allegations and this many victims, who has had a suicide attempt in the last few weeks, you can take absolutely no chances. You leave him on suicide watch until he’s out of there.
It’s too early to say what I think should happen, but if this did occur as we believe that it did, some staff are going to have some hard questions to answer.
WHAT? No one was watching? Give then a write-up and let’s look at the videos. Say what? The videos weren’t working either? Or, were they turned off, deliberately?
Procedures? WTF do procedures matter when there’s alleged pedophile in lock-up supposedly with enough evidence to take down half the world’s elites? (only slightly hyperbolic)
"In addition, the jail had transferred his cellmate and allowed Mr. Epstein to be housed alone in a cell just two weeks after he had been taken off suicide watch, a decision that also violated the jail’s normal procedure, two officials said." #Epstein https://t.co/52dKM6v8NI

"when the decision was made to remove Mr. Epstein from suicide watch, the jail informed the Justice Department that Mr. Epstein would have a cellmate and that a guard 'would look into his cell' every 30 minutes. But that was apparently not done.." https://t.co/eedcrf7Vuh

Attorney General William Barr released this statement vowing to get to the bottom of this:
While it’s true that Epstein was a convicted pedophile and sex trafficker, he was also a key witness against many high-profile politicians, billionaires and powerful diplomats.
Barr was apparently so incensed that he opened two investigations into Epstein’s death immediately upon learning of it.
The MCC is a federal prison under control of the U.S. Marshal Service. That gives the Inspector General authority to investigate the procedural breakdowns and to make criminal referrals if deemed warranted.
The more significant investigation, the one that could blow the lid off, what is widely believed to be, Epstein’s global pedophile ring that is expected to implicate dozens, perhaps hundreds, of the world’s elites.
Please join me in praying that AG Barr is the real deal and that God will protect him on this perilous path he is apparently ready to pursue …
