Opinion| Mark Sidney| For those of you who have not been following along with Hunter Biden’s court proceedings with his baby mama, Lunden Roberts, here is a quick recap:
Hunter Biden first denied that Ms. Roberts, a former stripper at a club which Hunter visited, had birthed a baby, which she accused Hunter of fathering.
However, The Daily Mail reported that Hunter had ‘privately’ admitted that he was in fact the father of the child.
Well, that was proven to be a load of bravo sierra after a DNA test proved that Hunter, ‘;you are the father!’, to quote Maury Povich.
The Gateway Pundit reported that:
‘Lunden Roberts told the court that Hunter Biden “had no involvement in the child’s life since the child’s birth, never interacted with the child, never parented the child,” and “could not identify the child out of a photo lineup.’
Classy Hunter, real classy.
Following the new evidence, the judge ordered Hunter to turn over 5 years of his financial records, as he would now be responsible for helping to pay for his child. This is something that he has allegedly not done in ‘over a year.’
Hunter said the request from the judge was unreasonable and refused to comply.
‘A judge has since ordered him to provide a reason ‘why he should not be held in contempt’ Fox News is reporting.

Hunter Biden must appear Jan. 29 in a Batesville courtroom and explain why he shouldn’t be held in contempt for violating court orders to provide financial information in his Arkansas paternity case.
Independence County Circuit Judge Holly Meyer signed an “Order to Appear and Show Cause” on Monday, a day when Arkansas courts were closed to honor the birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The judge’s order was filed into the court record Tuesday.
The one-sentence order was prepared by Clinton and Jennifer Lancaster, attorneys for Lunden Alexis Roberts, the mother of Biden’s 16-month-old child.
Biden, son of former Vice President Joe Biden, is being ordered to appear in the Arkansas courtroom days after President Donald Trump’s impeachment trial began in the Senate. Hunter Biden has been mentioned as a possible witness in the impeachment proceedings.
Fox News added more details of the just what Hunter was up-against after seemingly treating the court as if he were above it:
‘But on Tuesday, the attorney for Lunden Roberts, the mother of their child, notified Meyers that Biden had “failed to provide any additional discovery information of any nature,” court documents show. He further asked the jurist to hold him in contempt of the court.
Meyers subsequently ordered Hunter Biden that he “shall appear” at the couple’s Jan. 29 hearing “and show cause, if any exists, as to why he should not be held in contempt for any of the alleged violations of this Court’s order.”’
It looks like now we know why Joe Biden is so desperate to get the media to stop covering his family’s Burisa scandal, going so far as to send letters to the MSM demanding they do not run stories on the ‘debunked’ story.
