Wisconsin Election Commissioners Refused to Remove 209,000 People From Voter Rolls…Now They are Paying for It

Recently, a judge ordered the Wisconsin voting commission to purge 209,000 obsolete voters from the rolls.

The commission has decided to defy the judge and federal law. And why not?

Do you have any idea how hard it is to rig a vote without those extra names?

The judge was not amused.

He is fining the commission fifty dollars a day until they have made the purge.

The three Democrat officials, Ann Jacobs, Julie Glancey, and Mark Thomsen, are being fined $250 a day until they perform their required task.

The Democrats say they want to appeal the case, but are taking their time in doing it, trying to run out the clock before the next election.

Trump won Wisconsin by a mere 20,000 votes, so the Democrats may need to mine that list for votes…found after election day, of course.

All inactive voters had letters sent to their homes.

If they wished to remain on the rolls, all they had to do was confirm they wanted to remain.

Many did, but 209,000 didn’t, probably because they are dead or moved out of the state

In the United States, there are 378 precincts with more people registered than they have eligible voters.

From The Blaze:

Cleaning up the voter rolls in the state had become a partisan issue, with Democrats in the key battleground state fearing that a voter roll purge would hurt their chances of defeating President Donald Trump in the 2020 presidential election. Trump won the state in 2016 by just over 20,000 votes.

Republicans, on the other hand, have argued that removing the voters is a necessary measure aimed at eliminating fraud. This way, the voter rolls would not be full of people who should not be voting.

In late December, Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty, a conservative law firm, filed a lawsuit against the commission, asking Judge Malloy to find the commission in contempt and fine its members.
