I’m sorry, but I must question Gen Michael Flynn’s sanity and intelligence. I’m serious. How could anyone who is sane and intelligent hire a law firm where Eric Holder is a major player to defend you against the Deep State?
The results are what you would expect. The very first question the lawyers at Covington and Burling asked him was whether or not he had any dirt on President Trump.
They also hid exculpatory evidence they possessed from him and steadfastly insisted that he plead guilty.
They now refuse to turn over communications Eric Holder had with attorneys handling Flynn’s case. They even hired people who were deeply involved in the Spygate scandal. A clear case of conflicts of interest.
One can only hope that when Flynn sues his former lawyers, they are forced to pay through the nose and some of them lose their law licenses. Justice must be served.
The lawyers at Covington and Burling collected millions of dollars from Flynn while working as hard as they could against his best interests. Flynn is on the cusp of being freed from all charges because he finally switched to Sidney Powell, a lawyer that works for her clients.
Covington had numerous conflicts of interest related to their biggest case ever, representing General Michael Flynn in his unjust indictment by the Mueller gang. Flynn’s attorneys at the firm withheld evidence from their client. They asked for dirt on President Trump. They hired individuals that were involved in the criminal Spygate scandal.
There is no way that a partner at Covington like Eric Holder was not aware of the firm representing General Flynn in the biggest case in the US.
This all is so corrupt, it makes you wonder if former corrupt Obama AG Holder was involved.
On Monday General Flynn Attorney Sidney Powell tweeted out that the law firm Covington and Burling that mis-represented General Michael Flynn is resisting turning over all documents and specifically those of Eric Holder and Michael Chertoff discussing the Flynn case.
Covington and Burling attorneys are resisting the court order to turn over the documents.
They provided another 32 pages of handwritten notes and 16 pages of documents with handwritten notations–in addition to the 17,500 new pages produced a week or so ago. #CovingtonBurlingLLP says anything more would be too difficult, too expensive & not required. #Flynn@GenFlynn pic.twitter.com/bSo2spZkI2
