Riots Break Out In Minneapolis Following George Floyd’s Death at the Hands of Police

Just a short time ago, we posted the article Minneapolis Man Dies At The Hands of Police – Four Officers Now Unemployed. [VIDEOS]. It contains a pair of viral videos, one of George Floyd being pinned down by a Minneapolis policeman, the other of our boss’s response to the situation.

Predictably, riots have now broken out in Minneapolis over the incident.

Vandals were seen smashing windows and attacking police vehicles.

Protestors say the riots will continue and are encouraging “anyone within a five-hour driving distance” to attend.

Police sources reported that as they were deploying gas canisters, they were being thrown back at the police from the crowd.

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey encouraged people to attend the protest. That got me to thinking. Considering the decidedly “blueness” (politically) of Minneapolis, I don’t think it’s a stretch to say that the powers that be want to foster such an unstable condition that it will stir up a narrative of hate and discontent against President Trump as they try to point the fingers of blame towards the White House and Donald Trump’s supposedly “racist” attitude (which could not be further from the truth).

As I sit here thinking about the situation, I feel like there’s a ghost from the past rearing its ugly head, like I’m watching the accounts of the race riots of the 60s.

Back then, I was in a relatively sheltered environment, and the events of that day seemed so far removed from my locale that it was almost as if it was in another country.

Now that I’m older and have traveled around a good bit and have a bit better understanding of how close together things are, plus the near-instantaneous availability of information via the internet, it now feels almost as if this situation happened next door rather than a couple of thousand miles away.

I will say this. Seeing the hashtag #blacklivesmatter in the one tweet makes a convincing case to me that there’s yet another divisive agenda at play here, all designed to pit the citizens against law enforcement. I wonder if we’ll hear about a generous sprinkling of ANTIFA in the mix. If it’s up to the MSM, you can be certain that they’ll ignore that kind of pesky detail.

Are there bad apples in the police department? Unquestionably. However, you can bet your bottom dollar that the talking heads in the MSM and the liberal goons that proliferate throughout Hollywood will go out of their way to generate as much hate and discontent as possible with the intent of creating more division and opposition to President Trump and conservatives.
