Opinion| As to unmasking, we’ll be asking questions about that regarding Gen. Flynn. But as I said in my statement, no president’s above the law, but we do have separations of powers and I think it could be a bad precedent to compel a former president to come before the Congress.
“That would open up a can of worms, and for a variety of reasons, I don’t think that’s a good idea. But we will do a lot of oversight over all things Crossfire Hurricane,” he said
That is a veritable get out of jail free card for Obama and it is placing him above the law, in spite of what graham says.
There is evidence that Obama and his cronies engaged in unscrupulous behavior in the unmasking of Flynn.
Not having him testify and state what he knows allows him to continue the nonsense assertion that his administration was scandal free.
“If I were a Senator or Congressman, the first person I would call to testify about the biggest political crime and scandal in the history of the USA by FAR, is former President Obama,” President Trump said on Thursday
“He knew EVERYTHING,” the president said on Twitter. “Do it @LindseyGrahamSC, just do it. No more Mr. Nice Guy. No more talk!”

Graham said he “appreciated” the fact that the acting Director of National Intelligences revealed the names of the Obama officials involved in the unmaskings.
“The unmasking of General Flynn by the Obama Administration regarding conversations during the presidential transition are deeply troubling and smell of politics, not national security,” he said.
Graham said that Congress must take the next step to “perform oversight of these unmasking requests to ensure the process was used for legitimate national security concerns, not reprisals or political curiosity.”
“I specifically want to know how many unmasking requests were made, if any, beyond General Flynn regarding members of the Trump campaign team, family, or associates,” he said – By Carmine Sabia
