… They seem to have ignored all exculpatory evidence that was building up and continued pell-mell to push it [the investigation] forward…
… The other area of concern is that after the election, even though they were closing down some of it [the investigation] as we’ve seen in the Flynn case, saying there’s nothing here, for some reason they went right back at it even at a time where the evidentiary support, or claimed support like the dossier, was falling apart.
It’s very hard to understand why they continued to push, and even make public testimony that they had an investigation going when it was becoming painfully obvious, or should have been obvious to anyone, that there was nothing there.
Public testimony… that was deliberately leaked to, and repeated by, our so-called mainstream media, in direct contravention of DOJ guidelines… and without which there’d have been no there, there… it was all bullshit…
Keep in mind that these comments are coming from Attorney General William Barr… a buttoned down guy, in the mold of the great lawmen who preceded him, if ever there was one.
These comments aren’t coming from Obama-era lackeys intent on destroying their president’s successor, or from the Obama-aligned media who allowed themselves to be used as pawns in a political assault… a coup attempt… on our duly-elected president, no matter what lies they had to tell.
