As President Trump reminded the world yesterday, well at least those who watched the MAGA Rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma last night, the top 20 largest declining cities in America are run by Democrats. They have a lot in common and most of them show a steep decline in morality, community, and hope.
Minneapolis is one the “twin cities” next to Minnesota’s state capital, St. Paul. More of the blue color city, known for a mixture of industry and small businesses. Like Chicago, Kansas City, and Detriot, Minneapolis lost some manufacturing, with NAFTA and companies moving their production to China, etc. Throw in a growing number of illegal aliens moving onto their urban areas, taking some of the declining jobs, you have the recipe for Alisaky de-construction politicians.
Radical city organizers, like Alinsky and Barak Obama, who persuade the Proletariats (or ‘working class’) to fight against the Bourgeoisie, the capitalists who employ them. As in Minneapolis, you see growing class warfare, poverty, crime, etc.
This brings us to 2020, after the George Floyd death, and their very progressive city council voted to de-fund and replace the police with community “peacekeepers”.
According to The Gateway Pundit , the bad guys & girls have taken to the streets. Why not, if there are no police there to stop you?
Ten were shot in Minneapolis after midnight on Sunday morning and there were reports of up to 100 people brawling using “various weapons” in the area.
Minneapolis has been severely under policed since the rioting began, as politicians and media continue to cause hostility towards law enforcement.

America, here is the future of major liberal cities as they disband their police. Not a place I would ever visit and could never be persuaded to move to. The courts will have to decide if the citizens of these cities deserve federal intervention fo their safety or do states have autonomy and are the only ones responsible for them.
