For a long time, people have wondered about whether or not Barack Obama and Joe Biden were pushing the Flynn investigation from the White House.
Now, newly released notes from Peter Strzok seem to indicate they were very involved, if not in charge of it.
On Wednesday the federal appeals court hearing the case ordered crooked Judge Emmet Sullivan to dismiss the case against Flynn. The DOJ had asked the case be dismissed because of mass corruption in the FBI. Sullivan refused and then tried to make law from the bench but the appeals court b*^#h slapped him big time.
Strzok’s handwritten notes reference a White House meeting that occurred either on the 4th or the 5th of January in 2017.
According to his notes, Joe Biden brought up the Logan Act and Obama gave instructions to make sure they had the right people on the case. That indicates coordination from the top of the administration.
Previously, Joe Biden lied about his involvement in the Flynn case. So has Obama in my opinion.
According to the notes, someone brought up Flynn’s phone calls with the Russian ambassador.
James Comey said that the calls looked legit. Yet that was what Flynn was accused of even though they knew the calls were indeed legit.
#FLYNN Defense motion reveals recently uncovered agent Strzok notes, discovered by US Attorney Jensen as part of DOJ review. “Strzok’s notes believed to be of January 4, 2017, reveal that former President Obama, James Comey, Sally Yates, Joe Biden, and apparently Susan Rice

National Review noted that Strzok was not present at the meeting, and so he must have consulted a record of the meeting to take the notes, though it is unclear what record that may have been.
The court filing released along with the handwritten notes stated:
Strzok’s notes believed to be of January 4, 2017, reveal that former President Obama, James Comey, Sally Yates, Joe Biden, and apparently Susan Rice discussed the transcripts of Flynn’s calls and how to proceed against him. Mr. Obama himself directed that “the right people” investigate General Flynn. This caused former FBI Director Comey to acknowledge the obvious: General Flynn’s calls with Ambassador Kislyak “appear legit.” According to Strzok’s notes, it appears that Vice President Biden personally raised the idea of the Logan Act. That became the admitted pretext to investigate General Flynn.
