On Tuesday, a married couple in Oakland Couty, Michigan were charged with felony assault after a video that went viral showed the pregnant woman trying to defend herself with a firearm, from a black woman who multiple times threatened her and her husband with bodily harm
Jessica Cooper, an Oakland County Prosecutor, charged both Jillian Wuestenberg, 32, and Eric Wuestenberg, 42, with one count of felonious assault, a four-year felony, each, according to the Detroit News.

The couple was arraigned Thursday at 52-3 District Courtroom in Rochester Hills.
Both got a $50,000 personal bond.
“As part of the bond conditions, they must turn over all firearms, not engage in any assaultive behavior, and may not leave the state,” sheriff’s officials said.
The incident stemmed from a bump and lack of apology, according to Bouchard.
“Let’s have a little more tolerance for each other and not being so quick to react,” Bouchard said. “If someone is doing something improper or unfair, I tell my family and friends to look away. This is not the moment to plant your flag.”
A white couple was leaving a Chipotle restaurant when they were falsely accused of racism by a black woman and her 15-year-old daughter.
The black woman, the mother, accused a pregnant white woman of bumping into her daughter close to the doorway of the restaurant and she demanded an apology. The daughter continually called the woman a racist.
Several times the pregnant woman said out loud to her husband, “Call the police.”
At one point, while trying to maintain her sanity, you see the pregnant Mrs. Wuestenberg starting to say that she didn’t bump into her daughter, but the mother and daughter team wouldn’t stop ranting and raving her while she was just trying to get into her car so that she could leave the parking lot. The mother and daughter were blocking her from getting into her vehicle, non-stop calling her a racist, and demanding she apologize.
Folks, even if the woman accidentally bumped into the other woman’s daughter, that doesn’t make her a racist. Even if she did bump into her and didn’t apologize, that still doesn’t make her a racist.
The woman’s husband saw the two belligerent people blocking his pregnant wife from getting into their vehicle, so he walked over to the passenger side, and opened the car door to let her in.
The white woman tried to calm the situation down the confrontation by peacefully walking away and getting into her vehicle as the black woman called her a “dumbass b*tch.”
That’s when the black woman then turned her anger and hate toward the husband and threatened him, saying “Yeah, I said, and if you say something I’ll beat your white ass too.”
The husband said, “Oh really?” and that’s when the mother began egging him on to hit her, saying “Oh, I will. Do something…. Please put your motherf**king hands on me.” This from a woman who just threatened to assault him and his wife.
That was assault and a hate crime. The white couple never mentioned their race. Not once. But the other two made the entire incident about race. They continually accused the woman of being a racist, over what they thought was an unintentional bumping into the daughter.
Mr. Wuestenberg just stood there for a couple of seconds, dumbfounded by the sheer obnoxiousness of the two screeching at him, and said, “Who the f**k do you think you guys are?” which is a normal response to a situation like that. They clearly took the situation out of control. They blocked a pregnant woman from getting into her car, they non-stop shouted racist at the two of them, demanding an apology, then threatened them bodily harm.
The mother and daughter team then went ballistic shouting back who do you and your wife think you are, and Mr. Wuestenberg said, “You’re calling her names? She did nothing to you.” When they argued back that his wife bumped into the 15-year-old he shook his head and said, “I watched it,” meaning they were full of crap, because he saw his wife the whole time where they said she bumped into the daughter.
The daughter then shouted, “You racist and you’re ignorant,” to which the man responded, “You’re racist because you’re calling her names,” referring to the added “white” when they shouted at his wife.
As soon as Mrs. Wuestenberg was inside the vehicle, she rolled down her window and said, “You cannot just walk around calling white people racist. This is not that type of world. White people aren’t racist.” Obviously, she knows there are white racists, but she was referring to the fact that unfortunately there are many people who assume all white people are racist just because they’re white.
The mother and daughter continually tried to shout her down, but the woman continued, saying “I care about you. I care about you, and I’m sorry if you had an incident that has made someone make you feel like that. No one is racist.” Again, she didn’t mean that literally no one is racist, she was talking about the current situation. “I’m sorry if you had something like that happen to you.” And then the vehicle started to back up, and that’s when the mother started moving to the back of their car.
As the Wuestenbergs backed up their car to leave the parking lot, the mother rushed behind the SUV to block them from leaving and accused them of ‘trying to hit her.’
The black woman pounded on the car and threatened to beat them again. Clearly the woman walked behind the vehicle as they were backing out. I’m sure they will say the Wuestenbergs tried to intentionally run her over, because, well, because they’re white racists.
That’s when all hell broke loose.
Mrs. Wuestenberg got out of the car after the black mother intentionally stepped behind their vehicle, even punching it. The cell phone footage goes wobbly at that point because whoever was holding the cell phone, started grabbing at the pregnant woman, and that’s when Wuestenberg shouted “Get the f**k away from me!”
In the video, we saw Mrs. Wuestenberg try to remain calm throughout the entire incident. Her biggest crime, in the eyes of the two race hustlers was that she didn’t take a knee before them. She stood her ground, because she believed she was being accused of something she didn’t do. But when they started actually attacking her outside the car, that’s when Wuestenberg went into defense mode.
After being assaulted, that’s when she and pulled out a firearm and shouted, “Get the f**k away!” she screamed. “Back the f**k up!”
After being charged with felonious assault, Mr. Wuestenberg was fired from his job at Oakland University following the incident. That’s just great. His pregnant wife was being assaulted with a hate crime and because they defended themselves he loses his job.
Here’s how bad the “white supremacy” narrative has gotten in America. The university, probably fearing retaliation by the radical and violent mobs, actually tweeted out that they fired Wuestenberg from his job.
“We have seen the video and we deem his behavior unacceptable. The employee has been notified that his employment has been terminated by the university.”

I will keep you up to date about how his lawsuit against the university goes. The man simply helped his pregnant wife get into their car as she was being assaulted by two people, being named called a racist, and other foul language. The husband actually showed great restraint in my own opinion. They threatened to harm him as well, and he didn’t retaliate.

Mr. and Mrs. Wuestenberg are both Concealed Pistol License (CPL) holders, both were carrying pistols, and neither one has a criminal history.
Both showed considerable restraint, up until the other two physically attacking Mrs. Wuestenberg .
Normally, when you pull out a firearm to defend yourself, even when you have a concealed carry permit, and your firearm is registered, and yes, even when you are fully justified in your actions because you feared you were going to be harmed, you will probably get charged. A grand jury should see the video and refuse to indict based on the evidence, but in today’s “all white people are white supremacists” world in which we live, there are many factors that could put this couple in prison. For example, if the prosecutor wants to virtue signal the mob, she’ll push for another grand jury until she gets an indictment. And in today’s atmosphere, maybe the members of the grand jury will fear reprisals if they fail to indict.
One thing is for sure, if this couple, based on the evidence we have so far, gets convicted of a crime, for just wanting to leave and being blocked from doing so and then physically assaulted, it will send a message that people, including black people who are not woke, can not defend themselves from violence without fear of themselves being charged with a crime.
It’s a crazy world we live in.
