For years we have been hinting that secession, or dividing up the United States into smaller, more homogenous sets of states would be the best way to avoid armed conflict on the continent.
We see no reason that the people of the Florida Panhandle should be subjected to the same laws as people thousands of miles away in Seattle. The cultures in the two examples are polar opposites and they each deserve representation that addresses their individual needs.
Well, we are not quite there yet, but the ball has started rolling down that hill …
The Gateway Pundit posted a cross post from The American Lookout which stated: ‘When you think of Oregon, you probably think of the left wing riots that have been happening in Portland for months.
It’s easy to forget that it’s a big state and not everyone who lives there is a left wing radical.
Some people there are sick of it, and are trying to make parts of the state leave for Idaho.
It’s happening in five counties.’
The Washington Times reports:
Five Oregon counties to vote on leaving state, escaping to ‘Greater Idaho’
Five Oregon counties will ask voters in the next election whether they want to detach from the deep-blue state and join neighboring red-state Idaho.
Move Oregon’s Border, also known as Greater Idaho, confirmed Tuesday that the initiative to move swaths of largely rural eastern and southern Oregon into Idaho qualified for the May 18 special election ballot in five counties: Baker, Grant, Lake, Malheur and Sherman.
In Baker County, organizers far exceeded the 496 signatures required by submitting 746, with the clerk reporting that 630 were accepted. The county population is about 16,000.
“Oregon is a powder keg because counties that belong in a red-state like Idaho are ruled by Portlanders,” said Mike McCarter, president of Move Oregon’s Border, in a statement.
He cited the impact of Democratic Gov. Kate Brown’s novel coronavirus restrictions; ongoing Antifa unrest in Portland; a state task force’s unsuccessful effort to prioritize “Black, Indigenous and people of color” for novel coronavirus vaccines, and what he described as the state legislature’s bias in favor of Portland over rural communities.
“This state protects Antifa arsonists, not normal Oregonians, it prioritizes one race above another for vaccines and program money and in the school curriculum, and it prioritizes Willamette Valley above rural Oregon,” Mr. McCarter said.
We have been saying this for a long time. The only way that we see to avoid a horrific conflict with the people who seem dead set on destroying us and stomping us out completely eradicating us and our way of thinking.
People have long joked about just ‘giving’ the left the West Coast of the United States and let them have their own confederacy over there. There is just one problem, that means the rest of us have to access to the Pacific Ocean.
HOWEVER, if this plan being floated were to work … we would have a beach head on that Ocean. I’m not holding my breath, but this would be a great start in moving towards a non violent solution to heal the rip in the fabric in our nation.

It’s nice to know that the vast majority of Americans, not only are sane, but see the handwriting on the wall. The Democrats are out for blood … our blood, and I do not think it’s in our interests to let them get even a little taste of it.
Remain peaceful and let’s start looking for solutions were by we can live side by side, but without anyone being ruled by a government they do not consent to … or one that wants to ‘reeducate’ it’s people through a second ‘reconstruction’.
