Enough is enough, it is time for Cuomo to resign, and even if he resigns, he needs to face charges for the lives that were lost because of his action.
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, Health Commissioner Howard Zucker, and Executive Deputy Commissioner Sally Dreslin should all be investigated but not by crooked Letitia James.
Someone needs to pay for the thousands of needless deaths caused by the Democratic plan to send Covid positive patients into nursing homes where many of our most vulnerable died.
Even worse is the cover-up they engaged in.

During this global health emergency, all NHs [nursing homes] must comply with the expedited receipt of residents returning from hospitals to NHs.
No resident shall be denied re-admission or admission to the NH solely based on a confirmed or suspected diagnosis of COVID-19. NHs are prohibited from requiring a hospitalized resident who is determined medically stable to be tested for COVID-19 prior to admission or readmission.
The New York Post reported:
Governor Cuomo’s top aide privately apologized to Democratic lawmakers for withholding the state’s nursing-home death toll from COVID-19 — telling them “we froze” out of fear the true numbers would “be used against us” by federal prosecutors, The Post has learned.
The stunning admission of a cover-up was made by Secretary to the Governor Melissa DeRosa during a video conference call with state Democratic leaders in which she said the Cuomo administration had rebuffed a legislative request for the tally in August because “right around the same time, [then-President Donald Trump] turns this into a giant political football,” according to an audio recording of the two-hour-plus meeting.
“He starts tweeting that we killed everyone in nursing homes,” DeRosa said. “He starts going after [New Jersey Gov. Phil] Murphy, starts going after [California Gov. Gavin] Newsom, starts going after [Michigan Gov.] Gretchen Whitmer.”
Even Cuomo knows he is in legal jeopardy, Fox News reported:
‘On a phone call with New York’s Democratic lawmakers on Thursday, DeRosa reportedly said that Cuomo’s administration feared the data about COVID-19 deaths could “be used against us” by the Justice Department in the midst of its federal probe initiated against four states regarding nursing home deaths, including New York.
“We were in a position where we weren’t sure if what we were going to give to the Department of Justice, or what we give to you guys, what we start saying, was going to be used against us while we weren’t sure if there was going to be an investigation,” DeRosa told the lawmakers, according to the New York Post, which first reported the information.’
That’s funny, those are the same governors who tried to blame President Trump for the deaths of senior citizens in nursing homes by governors who mandated they be sent to nursing homes. But it is a stunning confession that the Democrats intentionally set out to cover the death toll up.
In fact, now we learn they even lied about the number of people sent to nursing homes as well as the number of deaths.
These are people’s lives we are talking about. When lives are lost because of your actions, in civilized nations, you are held to account. Let Cuomo’s fate be the bellwether to determine if we still live in a civilized nation …
