Even Democratic voters are catching on to the inherent dishonesty of the leaders of their party and they are not happy campers.
The Democrats were campaigning on everyone getting a $2,000 stimulus check after they had already gotten checks for $600 from Trump.
In the Georgia Runoff, both Ossoff and Warnock ran on the premise that people would be getting $2000 checks. Joe Biden also committed himself to the issue.
Biden said that if Democrats won both seats in the Senate, you would get those checks. But, the moment the election was over, he changed his tune and said the checks would be for $1,400.
Had they been honest and said the Democrats would issue $1,400 checks most people would not have minded. But they hate being made fools of.
They are now pushing back and if they don’t change their minds, the 2022 midterm elections could be a blood bath.
They could get even angrier once the Democrats reward their donors with a resumption of the SALT (State and local taxes) deduction.
The ultra-rich will save over a million a year under that issue. Giving everyone $2,000 will cost a one time $200 billion dollars. Restoring SALT will cost $600 billion dollars every single year in perpetuity.

“I can’t believe you’re going to give up a generation of voters over $600 which was already a fraction of what other countries provided for their people,” another person replied.
“Build on a $600 down payment provided last year….lmao. Never voting D again,” one person vowed.
“People don’t like it when you treat them like they’re stupid,” another person said.
“Gaslighting the very people who trusted & voted for you,” another person responded.

The silver lining of Biden is that (if we have a country left when he’s done) no one with a brain will ever vote lefty again … wait a second … never mind. 😉
