It appears that Rosie O’Donnell is still sore that President Trump had the entire nation laughing at her and Megan Kelly 5 years ago.
Perhaps you recall this hilarious moment from the 2016 Republican primary debates, where Kelly tried to sandbag Trump, and the future president Judoed the heck out of her slight and turned it into a win for him:
Apparently Rosie is still more sore than she is relevant, and this caused her to lash out at, well half the country who does not want to see totalitarian communism installed in the United States.
Of course her vile words were not met with a warning, censorship or deplatforming, because he is on the side with the institutional and corporate power.

Wait, Trump was acquitted, why is there no warning label about false information, Trump found to be innocent, not guilty.
