Mark Brnovich, Arizona’s attorney general. is on the warpath because of Biden’s immigration policies that prevent the deportation of over 1 million convicted illegal aliens.
Also, Biden’s policies have created a crisis on our border even though they deny it. They don’t even test them for COVID-19 meaning that they could very well infect many others. They are taking children away from their parents and lock them up in cages just like they did during the Obama/Biden administration.
There are currently 3,200 unaccompanied children being held in a detention center. For some strange reason, the lockdown presidency does nothing for social distancing and the kids in detention attend classes. That is something the Democrat’s bosses in the teacher’s unions have said no.
Meanwhile, Mark Brnovich is suing the Biden administration for refusing to obey US laws. The Biden regime says Illegal Aliens First.
Mark Brnovich said:
“This has to be one of the dumbest all time things coming out of Washington, D.C..
“We are asking for a preliminary injunction. We want the federal judge to basically say the Biden administration has to follow federal law [and deport convicted felons]. We’re going to see these caravans, we’re going to have humanitarian crisis on the border because everyone thinks they will be allowed into this country.”
There are nearly a million people who have deportation orders” now residing in the U.S. and that federal law demands their deportation.
“Instead what the Biden administration is doing is literally releasing convicted felons, people accused of crimes, people who haven’t been tested for COVID-19 into our communities. It’s overwhelming the border.”
Brnovich said the Biden border policy “is actually endangering migrants because it is encouraging more illegal immigration to the country,” many of which he says are “people charged with crimes, being released into our communities.”
He cited an example from Tuesday of “a federal judge in Texas [who] had asked the Biden Department of Justice what was going on with deportations. He said there literally have been people convicted of felonies that are in prison that are set for deportation that want to be deported and the Biden administration is refusing to deport them.”
Under Biden’s non-deportation rules, immigrants can’t be deported if they get a DUI or commit fraud, tax crimes or assault, Fox News reported.
Biden’s 8-year path to citizenship plan would allow all illegal immigrants living in the U.S. as of Jan. 1, 2021 to achieve temporary legal status in five years and to apply for citizenship after an additional three years.
