Do you remember corrupt DA Marilyn Mosby from Baltimore? She was the one who charged six officers in the death of Freddie Gray.
She hid all kinds of exculpatory evidence in order convict the six officers.
Well, now, she and her husband, City Council President Nick Mosby are under federal investigation.
Mosby is accused of spending campaign contributions on her private legal fees.
Mosby made national headlines after she charged the six officers in the death of Freddie Gray.
In the end all charges were dropped against all six after it was discovered that she tried to hide all kinds of exculpatory evidence coupled with her inane filing that got the names and the addresses of the officers wrong.
As a result, police became more cautious and as a result the murder rate rose to new heights.
Sheriff Mike Lewis shared this information on Hannity :
“When Miss Mosby stood up in front of the world with her theatrics at her press conference last Friday she charged two of the wrong people. Now, when I say she charged two of the wrong people, I don’t mean she charged two of the wrong officers. I mean she charged the wrong people. Innocent people. Of the six police officers that were charged two of them were charged under the wrong names, the wrong dates of birth and the wrong addresses.
Mosby was humiliated after all charges were dropped against all officers.
CBS Local reported:
All charges have been dismissed against all the officers who still faced trial in connection with the death of 25-year-old Freddie Gray last April.
The prosecutors’ decision came at a pretrial motions hearing for Officer Garrett Miller, who faced charges of second-degree assault, misconduct in office and reckless endangerment.
…
Three were acquitted by Judge Barry Williams: Officer Edward Nero, Officer Caesar Goodson Jr. and Lt. Brian Rice.
Officer William Porter, who had a mistrial in December, and Officer Alicia White, were set to undergo their retrial and trial, respectively, later this year, but the charges against them have also been dropped.
