A funny thing happened on the way to declaring the shooting in Colorado that left ten dead and the establishment media and elected Democrats blamed the shooting on racism and white supremacy and it was the top story 24/7. That narrative was shattered as it was revealed that the shooter, Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa, was a Muslim and all ten victims were white. The lamestream press then went into complete silence over the incident.
The police say they are still looking for a motive. Alissa was known for his quick temper and threats to kill people who taunted him about his religion according to claims. It is another case where the FBI was aware of a Muslim who went on to kill multiple people.
I guess they were tied up looking for Republicans to arrest.
Dayton Marvel, who was on a wrestling team with the suspect, told the Denver Post:
“He would talk about him being Muslim and how if anybody tried anything, he would file a hate crime and say they were making it up. It was a crazy deal. I just know he was a pretty cool kid until something made him mad, and then whatever made him mad, he went over the edge—way too far.”
Alissa was born in Syria in 1999 and on his social media posts he complained about racism and Islamophobia and claimed that he was stalked by someone because of racism. His brother told reporters that Alissa was antisocial and paranoid. He said he did not believe the shootings were motivated by religion or or political reasons although he is a Trump hater. He says he blames mental illness for the rampage.
According to an arrest affidavit (pdf), Alissa surrendered to SWAT officers after carrying out the shootings. The suspect, who had removed his clothing and was dressed only in shorts, had blood on his right thigh.
Two officers walked the man to the corner of King Soopers, where the shootings happened, and asked if there were any other suspects.
“The suspect did not answer questions, though he asked to speak to his mother,” the court filing said, adding that he later told paramedics he was not taking any medications and confirmed his name and birth date. No other questions were asked.
