According to the group of US Senators who visited the border, the crisis is quickly becoming a catastrophe. They also seem to think the border crisis was planned and didn’t just happen. They said that the government put up “Biden Signs” directing illegals where they can go for government freebies. Ted Cruz said that cartel members yelled at and harassed Border Patrol agents from the Mexican side of the border.
Joe Biden has put catch and release on steroids lose. Some illegals are on our streets within 8 hours without having been given a court date. That makes them nearly impossible to trace and even if they are caught, they didn’t skip their court date because they were never given one in the first place.
During the press conference, Lindsey Graham and Ron Johnson went off on these borderless policies:
Senator Lindsey Graham: Joe Biden made the situation worse yesterday…The last thing I learned is that we are complicit as a nation in human trafficking. What did we learn last night? There’s a trail on our side of the border with markers placed by the federal government to show illegal immigrants where to go. That we’re transporting people who paid to get here the last mile with your taxpayer dollars. It’s costing about $800 a day per child. If we don’t change… There’ll be 250,000 people a month coming. The border patrol says there’s no end to this.
Senator Ron Johnson followed Lindsey Graham and dropped this bomb!:
Senator Ron Johnson: The first thing I saw, the big old yellow arrow, I called it the “Biden Arrow” showing illegal immigrants how to come into this country. I’ve been down to the border a number of times during multiple surges, 2015, 2018, 2019. Back in 2018-2019 the big issue was we didn’t have the facilities… What I found out last night… was the Biden administration set a goal for Customs and Border Patrol to process and release in an 8 hour time frame! Eight hours! That’s not even a speed bump! It’s a go slow zone!
On Friday several Republican Senators took a tour of the open border with Mexico in Texas. What they saw was absolutely shocking and beyond anything we ever imagined.
