If you are, or ever have been a Trump supporter, you better buckle up because the Justice Department has a new boss. A boss who has conservatives in his crosshairs.
Garland will be surround by black supremacists and anti-white, anti-semetic DOJ staff. He was questioned about one of his coworkers statements about how blacks were inherently superior to whites because of the amount of melanin in their skin. Garland refused to condemn the comment.
Keep in mind this is what he was defending:
‘Clarke’s letter advised the book’s defenders to refer to several theories that link melanin to mental and physical superiority in blacks to assist in the “search for truth regarding the genetic differences between Blacks and whites.”
She cited Dr. Richard King, a psychiatrist who authored the book “Melanin: A Key To Freedom” and who she said revealed that the locus coeruleus structure in the human brain “is Black because it contains large amounts of (neuro) melanin which is essential for its operation.” She later also mentioned Dr. Carol Barnes, who also wrote a book on melanin, linking melanin to the “superior physical and mental abilities” of black people. ‘
…
“Some scientists have revealed that most whites are unable to produce melanin because their pineal glands are often calcification or non-functioning,” she wrote. “Pineal calcification rates with Africans are five to 15 percent, Asians 15 to 25 percent and Europeans 60 to 80 percent.”
She added that “Black infants sit, stand, crawl, and walk sooner than whites” and that “melanin endows Blacks with greater mental, physical and spiritual abilities — something which cannot be measured based on Eurocentric standards.”’
Towhall.com reported the transcript of the conversation:
‘Senator Lee: …Would an individual’s past statements, statements in the past, as an adult, declaring that one racial group is superior to another, would statements like that be relevant to an evaluation of whether such a person should be put in charge of running the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights division?
Garland: Well, Senator, I read in the last few days these allegations about Kristen Clarke, who I’ve also gotten to know, who I also trust, who I believe is a person of integrity, whose views of the Civil Rights division I have discussed with her, and they are in line with my own. I have every reason to want her; she is an experienced former line prosecutor of hate crimes and we need somebody like that to be running the —
Lee: I’m asking about the statement; I’m not asking about her as a person; I’m asking about the statement. In the abstract, would someone who has made that comment, would that comment itself be relevant to the question whether that person, having made that statement, should be put in charge of running the Civil Rights division?
Garland: All I can tell you is I’ve had many conversations with her about her views about the Civil Rights division and what kind of matter she would investigate
Lee: What about anti-Semitic comments, would those be relevant to someone wanting to run the Civil Rights division?
Garland; You know my views about anti-Semitism; no one needs to question those.
Lee: I’m not questioning your—
Garland: I know you’re not, but I want you to know I’m a pretty good judge of what an anti-Semite is, and I do not believe that she is an anti-Semite and I do not believe she is discriminatory in any sense.’
The New York Post warned:
‘President Biden’s nominee for attorney general Merrick Garland on Monday said there’s legal room for new federal gun control and he wouldn’t rule out policies that ban certain types of guns.
Garland, a federal appeals court judge, told senators at his confirmation hearing that Biden supports new limits and that his job would be to pursue them.
“As I’m sure you know, the president is a strong supporter of gun control and has been an advocate all of his life, professional life, on this question. The role of the Justice Department is to advance the policy program of the administration as long as it is consistent with the law,” Garland told the Senate Judiciary Committee.
“And as I said, so far we have a little indication from the Supreme Court as to what this means. But we don’t have a complete indication. And where there is room under the law for the president’s policies to be pursued, then I think the president is entitled to pursue them.”’
…
On banning guns, Garland said, “where there is room under the law for the president’s policies to be pursued, then I think the president is entitled to pursue them.”
Make no mistake, he’s coming for the guns … and at least some of the people in the DOJ appear to be making decisions about people’s character based on their race. This is the perfect recipe for tyranny.
The Gateway Pundit reported:
‘The Senate on Wednesday confirmed Merrick Garland as Joe Biden’s Attorney General in a 70-30 vote.
Among some of the Republicans who voted to confirm Garland include Mitch McConnell, John Cornyn and Lindsey Graham.
Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley are two noted Republican Senators who voted against Garland’s confirmation.
Garland’s rise to the country’s top law enforcement officer is part of Barack Obama’s revenge.
Obama nominated Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court in 2016, but Senate Republicans refused to hold a hearing.
Merrick Garland is an anti-constitutional hack who refused to call illegally crossing the border a crime during his senate confirmation hearing last month.’
The Gateway Pundit’s Cristina Laila reminded readers how big a phony Garland is, recalling this exchange during his confirmation hearing:
“Do you believe that illegal entry at America’s borders should remain a crime?” Hawley asked.
“I haven’t thought about that question… uhhh… uhhhhhhh… I just haven’t thought about that question,” Garland reluctantly replied. “I think the uh, the uh, president has, uh, made clear that we are a country of uh with borders and uh a concern about national security. Um, I don’t know of proposal to uh decriminalize, but um, still make it unlawful to uh, enter.”
Yeah, ok, you have not thought about it. Did you see the people at the border in Biden shirts?
The idea that Garland does not know what the cabal demands of him when it comes to their plans to stack the voting deck with 40 million illegals is laughable.
Garland has an ax to grind ever since he was denied the seat on the Supreme Court that Obama tried to appoint him for on his way out the door.
You can bet your ass that that ax is going to be grinding on the backs of everyone who is not a commie for as long as Merrick reigns over the already discredited DOJ.
