You know things are bad in your country when you hear the media reporting the Capitol of the nation being forced into a lockdown with rumors of an active shooter and your first thought is ‘how well did the FBI know the perp’? I will share with you what we know so far in a moment.
First, for the record, we do not wish to see anyone get hurt, not even Pelosi and her crew who are trying to crush anyone and everyone who dares to disagree with her, or worse yet, question her boundless power. Unlike the left we do not wish harm on those who disagree with us.
After January 6th is has become obvious that the Democrats are looking for any excuse to brand all conservatives as ‘domestic terrorists’ and ‘reeducate’ or make up all ‘disappear’. The plan to turn the 6th into the 21st century’s Oklahoma City bombing failed, but I don’t see the left giving up anytime soon.
This is why, when I hear about the Capitol going into lockdown, while they have huge barricades and a standing army guarding the city, I become VERY skeptical. Either way, here is what is being reported so far …
The Washington Times is reporting:
‘The U.S. Capitol was placed on a security lockdown Friday due to an external threat.
Multiple police and emergency vehicles responded to the incident, on the east front of the Capitol, and a helicopter landed on the plaza.
There were unofficial reports of a shooter, and reporters inside the Capitol could see at least one person being loaded into an ambulance on a gurney.
The Capitol is still being protected by National Guard troops since the deadly Jan. 6 riot …’
This is a developing story and it will be updated as we learn more. Our prayers are with everyone in DC, even those Marxists seeking to imprison us for having a difference of opinion.
UPDATE: Sara Carter is reporting that ‘two U.S. Capitol Police officers have been injured at the U.S. Capitol on Friday after a car reportedly smashed into a security barrier.’
“USCP is responding to the North Barricade vehicle access point along Independence Avenue for reports someone rammed a vehicle into two USCP officers,” Capitol Police tweeted. “A suspect is in custody. Both officers are injured. All three have been transported to the hospital.”

There were previously unconfirmed reports of two people having been shot.
The Capitol is on lockdown, with the Russell Senate Office Building announcing an external threat on the loudspeaker and telling people to stay away from windows and to not enter or exit. Those outside are reportedly being told to seek cover.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the officers injured in the incident. I pray the left does not use this as an excuse to keep the Capitol as a police state and take more of our freedoms, but if we were to follow the trend, that is exactly what is likely to happen. If you ask me, the odds that the Democrats will turn this narrative into one of an evil ‘deplorable’ looking to instigate an insurrection far out way the odds of the not doing so.
