It sure appears to me that the two are just mentally not all there. Everyone knows that Creepy Joe Biden is suffering from some sort of brain decay. The man has been in politics for nearly half a century. I’m sure the man upstairs is making Joe pay for all the evil things he has done.
However, Kamala on the other hand, what is her excuse? What they hell is with the cackle?
I don’t know what is worse, her creepy and uncomfortable laugh, which is the most obvious tell in history, or the fact the media lets her use it to escape criticism.
