Breaking: Governor Whitmer Hit With Subpoena!

Gov Gretchen Whitmer has been facing backlash over her draconian lockdown that affects everyone in the state except her, her family, and her administration. Just like Andrew Cuomo, she sentenced the elderly to death just for being…. well …. elderly in nursing homes across the state. She has just been more successful in covering up her actions and the actual death toll.

The Michigan Senate has now taken the bull by the horns and have subpoenaed the information. Something tells me they are not playing games. But on the other hand, I am not convinced Whitmer will obey the subpoena. I would not be surprised if like the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, she chooses to ignore it. If so, I would support her getting an adjoining cell with the MCDOS.

Via The Daily Wire:

Michigan’s Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer may soon be forced to turn over documents relating to her administration’s COVID-19 nursing home policy.

On Thursday, the Michigan Senate Oversight Committee voted to subpoena nursing home records from the state’s health department…

Whitmer urged the citizens of Michigan not to visit their vacation homes the same week she visited hers. When she finally allowed boats back on the water, her husband tried to sneak in through the backdoor to get their boat launched ahead of those already in line.

She blamed people coming back from Florida for spreading COVID-19, which is a much bigger problem in Michigan than it is in Florida, just before she flew to Florida in a private jet owned by billionaires with business before her office.

Two other members of her administration also left the state on vacation.

From The Patriot Journal

Much of America knows about embattled New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s nursing home scandal. But it seems Cuomo isn’t the only one who might be involved in a nursing home problem.

While Whitmer consistently said her draconian rules were designed to stop the spread of the virus, the truth might be very different.

They want a “clearer picture” of how Whitmer’s policies impacted the death rate in the state’s adult and long-term care facilities. The Governor will have to respond to this request at some point.
