In their infinite wisdom, the Founding Fathers knew that all systems of government would inevitable become tyrannical, corrupt and become occupied by the worst among the citizenry. This is precisely why states are in charge of their own elections, and why audits exist.
If we only have one monolithic federal government you can be sure that voting would have stopped mattering long ago. It sure appears that the ‘powers that be’ put their finger on the scale in 2020, and President Trump is now signaling that ‘all these states are gonna flip’.

During their discussion, President Trump was asked about the ongoing forensic audits taking place in several states today.
