One thing you can say about the Squad, they’ve never met a terrorist they didn’t absolutely love. I’m just not sure that terrorist sympathizers belong in Congress. Look at how the Squad is demonizing Israel. But Israel saw Muslims shooting at cops with automatic weapons and firing over 2,000 missiles into Israel, not to mention how many actually fell in Gaza.
On Thursday, Cori Bush got up on the House floor and heaped praise on radical BLM c0-founder Bassem Masri, a Palestinian-American Black Lives Matter activist.
Masri is infamous for calling for the death of police officers. Masri also coined the phrase “Fry ’em like bacon.” Yes, sir, a real American hero there. It’s easy to do that in a city that orders cops to roll over and play dead.
Bush compared the “militarized occupation” in Palestine to the occupation in Ferguson after a police officer shot and killed Michael Brown in self defense. BLM still can’t get over the fact that Brown was not murdered and many of them repeat the lie, “Hands up, don’t shoot.” Brown sealed his own fate when he attacked Officer Wilson.
And Bush talked about occupation but Israel does not occupy Gaza or the West Bank and if they would quit attacking Israel, they would never have to worry about it. I think Bush was talking about the Jewish capital of Jerusalem. That’s like saying the United States is occupying Washington D.C..
The fight for Black lives and the fight for Palestinian liberation are interconnected.

Masri became famous for taunting and threatening police during the Ferguson riots. He would lead chants aimed at the police.
Masri died in 2018 in what Bush called a health crisis. He would walk down a line of police officers and tell them one by one that he was praying for their death.
Bush called for an end to foreign aid to Israel during her speech, “That harassment, that extortion, that brutalization by heavily armed militarized presence in our community, that’s what we fund when our government sends our tax dollars to the Israeli military.”
The congresswoman suggested using those funds to support St. Louis communities instead.
Earlier this month, Bush praised the “historic” vote to defund the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department and axe nearly 100 police officer positions, despite the city being one of the most violent in the world.
