Rudy Giuliani says that his lawyer, Robert Costello, was told by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Manhattan that conversations between President Trump and his personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani were wiretapped by the FBI.
I find it hard to believe that anyone in the FBI other than Christopher Wray could order such an illegal wiretap to be used. It is a direct violation of lawyer/client privilege.
Giuliani said that he has asked about it because he couldn’t believe they would do such a thing. But he should understand that the FBI and the DOJ are wholly owned subsidiaries of the DNC. They no longer work for the American people.
It seems they were able to get the conversations from I-Cloud that saves and stores your information as a backup. This was being done while the FBI’s bosses were trying to impeach Trump for the second time.
This is frightening because if the FBI will do this to a president, they will do it to anybody, legally or not. With joe Biden in charge, there will be no indictments or prosecutions of these career criminals. But, what happens when Trump wins in 2024? He can appoint someone to head the DOJ and the FBI to go after these goons. They need a good long timeout at Ft. Leavenworth.
Giuliani said:
“Meanwhile, the Justice Department, while I’m defending him on that with others, invaded my iCloud. I can’t fathom that would be done to an ordinary citizen. The president doesn’t have any more rights than anybody else, but he doesn’t have any less. To me, they just trashed the president of the United States like he has no constitutional rights.”
Last week, after agents searched his home and confiscated several electronic devices, the former mayor disputed allegations that he represented a foreign national.
“I never represented a Ukrainian national or official before the United States government. I’ve declined it several times. I’ve had contracts in countries like Ukraine. In the contract is a clause that says I will not engage in lobbying or foreign representation. I don’t do it because I felt it would be too compromising,” Giuliani told Tucker Carlson on Fox News on April 29.
DOJ officials didn’t immediately respond to a request by The Epoch Times for comment following the raid.
