The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is walking on eggs after they deleted most of the evidence from their records of material subpoenaed by the Arizona Senate just ten days before they turned over the ballots to the auditors.
But, why would they risk prison time for tampering with evidence, a liberal acquaintance of mine asked. Simple, I said, the penalty for conspiracy to fix an election is much worse.
Among the items that were deleted were the records of adjudicated ballots. In other words, ballots that had to be entered manually are a piece of cake to switch from one candidate to another. The best evidence of voter fraud has been deleted. Even those who were honestly dubious before about the election outcome before must surely be wondering if there was some hanky panky taking place in Maricopa County.
If convicted of spoliation of evidence carries just 15-month sentences but conspiring to fin an election could amount to a life sentence if convicted of treason for overthrowing a duly elected government. That might be worth a gamble especially if those deleted records contained irrefutable evidence of fraud.
The Board of Supervisors has also refused to turn over the routers used in the election. Dominion Voting is withholding the passwords for their machines.
The Arizona Senate has invited members of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors next week to explain their actions including withholding subpoenaed materials and the deletion of election evidence.
How many of them do you think will show up? If you guessed one or more, you are way off. There is nothing they could say that would put them in a good light. They would rather risk people being suspicious of them over convincing people they are hiding something.
Late last night we reported on the letter sent to Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Chairman from Karen Fann at the Arizona Senate. The Senate has hired auditors to audit the 2020 Election in the County. Many significant and material issues were noted in the letter related to the audit last night. Many items were not supplied to the auditors. One item that bears mention is related to some of the files that were deleted before data was provided to the auditors.
If you look closely at the files that were deleted, you will see that they include adjudicated ballot files.
These would include ballots that were reviewed by someone (the system won’t tell you who) and manipulated by that person (the system won’t tell you when) and likely changed to Biden votes.
