There is a very good reason why the Founding Fathers, in their infinite wisdom, decided to make each state in charge of their own elections and it has only taken the usurper in chief a few months to try and prove them right.
The logic is simple, it would be a lot harder to rig 13 elections (or 50 now) than if one central authority presided over all of them. Not to mention that singular government would be the one the potential usurper would be in control of or vying for control of.
Obviously, if you are a bad actor you want to be in charge of as many precincts as you can so you can ensure you get all the votes … that are counted.
While Arizona works on their audit and AG Garland tries to intimidate the AG legislature into keeping their mouths shut, one AZ lawmaker is returning fire, threatening the Attorney General of these United States with prison time.
The Gateway Pundit reported:
‘Earlier on Friday, the Biden Department of Justice warned state lawmakers that if they proceeded to audit fraudulent elections they will be targeted by the Biden administration.
The US Constitution specifically gives the power to the states to regulate federal elections as they see fit.
You would think the Attorney General of the United States would know this.
Following the threats by the Biden regime, former fighter pilot and Arizona state Senator Wendy Rogers warned Merrick Garland to stay in his lane.’
But wait … there’s more!
The free state of Arizona will not tolerate this federal meddling. https://t.co/1O7ieEEnVR
