On Tuesday, Florida Republican Governor Ron DeSantis, who is looking more and more like presidential material, signed a version of the “Fairness in Women’s Sports Act” into law, blocking biological males who identify as transgender females from competing on female sports teams in high schools and colleges. The kooky Left will say that the governor is attacking transgender females when the reality is he is protecting biological females, but to the Woke Supremacy, you can’t protect people from outside the supremacy without being seen as being on the attack.
“We believe in the state of Florida, of protecting the fairness and the integrity of women’s athletics,” DeSantis said at the signing ceremony, as he shared a stage with teenage female athletes from Trinity Christian Academy.
“And I can tell you this in Florida, you know, girls are going to play girls’ sports and boys are going to play boys’ sports, that’s what we’re doing. We’re going to make sure that that’s the reality,” he continued. “So the bill that we’re doing today will ensure fairness for women athletes for years to come in the state of Florida. It says that athletic teams or sports that are designated for females are open to females. And we’re going to go based off biology.”
DeSantis signed the bill even upon threats from the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) to pull its championship games out of states that “discriminate” against transgender athletes.
Other companies also warned that they will pull their business out of Florida because of the bill. DeSantis doesn’t really care. And we shouldn’t care about those companies anymore. I hope DeSantis names them if they do pull out of the state so that we can know who not to purchase from anymore.
This is how crazy the world has become. The NCAA is actually threatening the state of Florida with sanctions for “discriminating” against people who suffer from a mental disorder that the Woke Supremacy wants to keep enabling for political reasons without regard to their penchant for discrimination against female athletes.
“Some of these organizations say they’re not going to hold events if you do this, just let me say very clearly, in Florida, we’re going to do what’s right, will stand up to corporations, they are not going to dictate the policies in this state,” the governor said. “We will stand up to groups like the NCAA, who think that they should be able to dictate the policies in different states.”
Democrats and LGBT radicals also came out against the legislation, portraying the bill as “unnecessary” and accusing Florida Republicans of acting hatefully toward transgender people. Again, they should look in a mirror because they wanted to act hatefully against biological female athletes.
Let’s call it like it is. Biological males dominate in sports against biological females regardless of how they identify and it’s not fair. Female athletes go for scholarships and grants based on their performances in sports just like men do in men’s sports. Female athletes deserve the right to compete honestly and fairly and when biological males are added to the mix, it destroys the ambitions, the futures, and the drives of female athletes. The answer is to create transgender leagues, but the Supremacy doesn’t want that. They want to force a square peg into a round hole to declare and force people to act as if it is normal even if they have to harm people along the way. It’s evil.
Some enraged radicals recognized that DeSantis signed the bill on June 1, which is the first day of National LGBTQ Pride Month, which they believe was a slap in the face.
Representative Carlos who brags on his Twitter profile of being “FL’s first LGBTQ Latinx legislator” posted his outrage that the governor of Florida had the gall the protect female athletes from biological males who want to dominate them in women’s sports.
“Appalling. First day of LGBTQ Pride Month and @GovRonDeSantis signs SB 1028 which bans trans kids from school sports. FHSAA has allowed trans kids to participate in FL since 2013 with ZERO problems. This fuels transphobia and puts vulnerable kids at risk for no good reason.”

The very idea of allowing biological males to compete against biological females is what’s appalling. What’s also appalling is when people enable people suffering from a mental disorder instead of getting them help. I’m not insulting them, just telling the truth.
Florida’s commissioner on agriculture and consumer services chimed in.
“By signing a heartless ban on transgender kids in sports, @GovRonDeSantis is marginalizing an entire community.
Signing it on the first day of #Pride2021 is especially cruel.
Florida should stand for inclusivity, equality, and liberty — not peddling hate for political points.”

:SIGH: This is why it’s impossible to deal with the Woke. The bill does not ban transgender kids in sports. Transgender biological males can still play sports but they have to do it with other biological males.
[Her brain is] Fried, the only Florida Democrat currently holding statewide elected office, announced a bid for the Democratic nomination to challenge DeSantis for governor Tuesday. Yeah, good luck with that!
“Florida should stand for inclusivity, equality, and liberty — not peddling hate for political points,” she said.
Those who supported the bill said that it was needed to stop unfair competition in women’s sports.
Florida state Senator Kelli Stargel, who sponsored the bill said, “This bill is very simply about making sure that women can safely compete, have opportunities and physically be able to excel in a sport that they trained for, prepared for, and work for.”
“This is nothing about anybody being discriminated against,” she said. “It’s solely so that women have an opportunity to compete in women’s sports.”
