Dirty Dem DA Tries To Take Trump Down … Trump Emerges Victorious!

Trump’s lawyer Ronald Fischetti has had conversations with the Manhattan DA’s office and he says he was told that there would be no charges filed against Donald Trump at this time. That means they must not have the evidence they claimed to have. Allegedly, they were going to charge Trump for the hush money he paid out to Stormy Daniels and for allegedly overvaluing property used to secure loans.

They will be charging people who got perks without paying tax on them but Trump is not to be charged when that happens within the next two weeks. But, the DA also said that there are still ongoing investigations of Trump. Sounds like they are fishing around in hopes of finding a crime. They don’t believe they can get a conviction on the original charges they tried to get him on.

Fischetti said he cannot believe they are planning to prosecute over the perks because they never do that. They must be making an exception because they are employees of Trump. That is all they have as of now. That means that Trump’s former lawyer, Michael Cohen didn’t have the goods he claimed to have. Last week, he promised that Trump would be indicted this week.

Fischetti asked the DA if there would be any additional charges and he was told there would not be, at least at this time. He was told that the investigation is ongoing. They must not have found anything in Trump’s tax returns. I’m conducting a pool over how long it will be before they leak Trump’s tax returns to the New York Times.

The DA’s office told Trump’s lawyer Ronald Fischetti that charges for ‘illegal tax-free perks’ will come this week or next.

“It’s like the Shakespeare play Much Ado About Nothing,” Fischetti added. “This is so small that I can’t believe I’m going to have to try a case like this.”

Politico reported:

According to Fischetti, members of Vance’s team said they were considering bringing charges against the Trump Organization and its employees related to alleged failures to pay taxes on corporate benefits and perks. It has been widely reported that those perks included cars and apartments and appear to only involve a small number of executives.

“We asked, ‘Is there anything else?’” Fischetti told POLITICO. “They said, ‘No.’”

“It’s crazy that that’s all they had,” he added.

When asked if the meeting touched on allegations made by Trump’s former lawyer Michael Cohen and by adult film star and director Stormy Daniels, Fischetti replied, “Nothing. Not a word on that.”
