Bombshell: Georgia Election To Be Thrown Out After We Learn There Were More Illegal Votes Biden’s Margin of ‘Victory’?

I’ve written about this subject extensively by now and it’s finally starting to get some traction.

Evidence now exists that more than 10,300 illegal votes were cast in the 2020 Georgia presidential election and that number is going to rise as time goes on – it’s inevitable – until it hits a certain point where it goes beyond the 11,779 vote margin that Joe Biden supposedly won the state over Donald Trump. This is only one of many voter fraud issues that happened in Georgia and I assume many other states, but it’s the easiest to prove. Try as they may, the Fake News liberal hacks won’t be able to stop this reality.

As I’ve said before, this revelation will not remove Joe Biden from the White House because among other things, the election was certified and there’s not a lot you can do after that, especially when the majority of federal judges who get selected to hear election fraud cases brought by Republicans are corrupt as hell.

What this result will do is lend credibility to Americans who want free and fair elections and don’t like it when their votes are canceled out by people who don’t follow election laws.

This evidence will dismiss all arguments from leftists in media like CNN and MSNBC along with the Democratic Party and Trump-hating RINOs – looking at you, Liz Cheney (R-WY) – that there was no election fraud. And with that, President Trump and his legal team will be vindicated for comments and legal arguments made when they challenged the Georgia election results. Hopefully, this story will encourage lawmakers in other battleground states to call for election audits in the nature of what is going to be described here.

The facts show that Georgia election officials, like in many other states, used COVID-19 as a reason to send out mail-in ballots to residents in numbers that were unprecedented. Many believe Democrats and media hacks played the COVID card to ensure that states sent out millions upon millions of absentee/mail-in ballots so that they could cheat.

Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger also neglected to enforce legislative rules and mandates that were created to prevent voter fraud so that the integrity of the vote would be solid and the state could claim it was a free and fair election. It was anything but. For example, his office entered into an illegal consent decree with Democrat Stacey Abrams that changed the way ballot signature verification was done, which in essence allowed the ballot signature to be compared to the forger’s signature and not the real voter’s driver’s license or voter registration application.

Thanks to these facts, along with numerous other election irregularities witnessed and testified about, many of which happened in other states, there have been scores of accusations of voter fraud, Executive branch violations of the US Constitution’s Article I, Section 4, and litigation that came about. And through it all, the Left in media and the Democratic Party remained vigilant telling us there was no voter fraud. In fact, they called it the “Big Lie.”

We were told that Georgia held a statewide recount and an audit to confirm Joe Biden’s win, but there were several issues that were ignored by state officials and one of them is what I have been writing about for so long; that 35,000 Georgians who failed to notify the state that they moved from one county to another in Georgia within 30 days of the 2020 election voted illegally because of it.

From Margot Cleveland @ TheFederalist:

Under Georgia law, residents must vote in the county in which they reside, unless they changed their residence within 30 days of the election. As Jake Evans, a well-known Atlanta election lawyer, told me, outside of the 30-day grace period, if people vote in a county in which they no longer reside, “Their vote in that county would be illegal.”

Soon after the November general election, Mark Davis, the president of Data Productions Inc. and an expert in voter data analytics and residency issues, obtained data from the National Change of Address (NCOA) database that identified Georgia residents who had confirmed moves with the U.S. Postal Service. After excluding moves with effective dates within 30 days of the general election, and by using data available from the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office, Davis identified nearly 35,000 Georgia voters who indicated they had moved from one Georgia county to another, but then voted in the 2020 general election in the county from which they had moved.

Folks, as I said all along, this was illegal whether or not they knew the law.

Davis told me that some of the people who changed their address with the Post Office could be temporary. Georgia law stipulates that if you are in the military and stationed somewhere or are away living at college, you may change your address to receive your mail and remain a legal voter in your county because your intention is to one day return and continue living in your county. This makes sense. But given the difference of 11,779 votes between Biden and Trump the number of illegal votes cast from that 35,000 people most likely altered the outcome of the election. And once again, the corrupt media, the courts, and Raffensperger’s office dismissed or went out of their way to downplay this issue.

“It was disconcerting to see the media and the courts largely ignore serious issues like these, especially since the data I was seeing showed very legitimate issues,” Davis said. “In fact, I heard members of the Secretary of State’s team admit some votes were cast with residency issues, but then claimed there weren’t enough of them to cast the outcome of the election in doubt,” Davis added. “That was not at all what I was seeing, and as far as I am aware the Secretary of State’s Office has never put an actual number on the ones they did see.”

Davis filed an open records request, and according to Georgia law, the state must comply within a certain timeframe. The Secretary of State’s office got back to him and said that they received so many requests they were falling behind. What really happened is the IT staff all quit after the 2020 election, and Davis finally received a data file of the 2020 election voter records he asked for, but it was created by a new employee who had only been there for a week and a half and had no one there to train him on how to do most things for the department’s IT systems.

The new employee sent Davis a file that normally has 62 fields and at least half of them were missing. The fields missing were really important fields for his research. The SOS office then said they complied with Davis’s open records request, but they really didn’t. Even though he was experiencing obstacles like that, he never gave up searching for the truth.

Finally, in May, Davis received an updated voter database file from the SOS and he then compared the voter addresses in that file to the NCOA (Post Office) data he processed in November.

That’s when he discovered that about 35,000 Georgia voters told the USPS that they moved while at the same time they did not notify the state of their move within 30 days of the 2020 election. According to Georgia law, they were not allowed to vote in either their old or new county, and yet they did in the 2020 election.

Recently a notice went out to all Georgians reminding them that if they moved they have to update their address with the state, so we can expect that 10,300 number to increase significantly, and soon it will go over Biden’s margin of victory. Davis said he has little doubt that the number will go over the magic number.

Davis has been deemed an expert witness by five different courts over the years for election issues and he believes that had a court actually heard Trump’s case he may have won his challenge, but we all know that no judge allowed evidence to even be presented, not in any case filed in any state.

Davis notes that under Georgia law a judge may order an election to be “redone” if the court sees enough legitimate irregularities that would have changed the outcome of the election. This case he has been working on since the November election is one of those.

I’ve known Mark personally for a long time and as long as I have known him he has been fighting to fix serious residency issues in Georgia election laws that he feels could be exploited in elections enough to change election outcomes. It is a systemic problem that he wants to be fixed over anything else.
