Breaking: Soros Behind Prosecution Of Rape Victim’s Father

A father was arrested after an outburst at his daughter’s school board meeting in June following the alleged sexual assault of his daughter. Scott Smith’s young daughter was reportedly raped by a male student wearing a skirt in the girl’s restrooms. The attorney who sought to jail the father is in the pocket of George Soros, reports claim:

Loudoun County Commonwealth’s Attorney Buta Biberaj was described in the explosive report by The Daily Wire as the “progressive” elected county prosecutor who ran on a platform of ending “mass incarceration,” but yet she sought jail time for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, both misdemeanor charges, against Scott Smith:

Biberaj was one of several Soros-backed prosecutors elected in Northern Virginia in 2019 after her campaign received more than $860,000 from Soros’ Justice and Public Safety PAC. She is a criminal reform advocate and member of a group of the commonwealth’s attorneys called Virginia Progressive Prosecutors for Justice, which calls for eliminating mandatory minimum sentences and cash bail.

Biberaj is also a close ally with McAuliffe, who reportedly accepted a $250,000 contribution from Soros for his campaign in August. Biberaj, who has praised McAulliffe as being “part of the progress” that Virginia needs, joined the former Democratic governor as recently as Oct. 2 at a campaign event in Leesburg.

The Arrest:

Scott Smith, a Loudoun County father who was arrested at that June event, said this week that his daughter was sexually assaulted in a girls’ bathroom at Stone Bridge High School by a male student who was wearing a skirt. The Loudoun County sheriff’s office has confirmed that an on-campus sexual assault was reported on the day Smith says his daughter was victimized.

The boy accused of assaulting Smith’s daughter later allegedly groped a female student at nearby Broad Run High School after forcing her into an empty classroom, Loudoun County Commonwealth’s Attorney Buta Biberaj told WTOP in an interview this week.

Board member Beth Barts announced her resignation on Friday, though she didn’t say whether it was related to the ongoing controversy. “This was not an easy decision or a decision made in haste. After much thought and careful consideration, it is the right decision for me and my family,” Barts said.

“My family has been unfortunately pulled into this nightmare,” said Smith, who gave 7News an exclusive interview.

Smith says he attended the board meeting looking for answers after a male student wearing a skirt was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting his daughter in a bathroom at the Stone Bridge High School back in May.

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Department confirms that a sexual assault did happen in a bathroom at Stone Bridge High School on May 28. They said in a statement Wednesday that they arrested a 14-year-old boy in the case. It took place approximately one month before Smith’s arrest at the school board meeting, and Smith says that’s why he was so upset.

Pending Lawsuit

Attorneys for the Smith family say they will be pursuing legal actions against Loudoun County School under the provisions of Title IX. They say they will also represent Smith against “wrongful and unconstitutional” charges filed against him in Circuit Court for when he was arrested during the school board meeting.
