Skirt-Wearing Male Student Accused of Brutal Bathroom Sex Assault, Arrested for a Second Sexual Assault

The skirt-wearing 15-year-old boy who was arrested for sexual assault 5 months ago was not suspended, he was merely moved to a different school. We now find out he assaulted another girl in a classroom at his new school. He is now being held for both crimes so that the school does not give him a third chance. The Loudoun School District cannot be trusted.

At the time of the second assault, the 15-year-old was hooked up to a leg monitor for the previous assault. In the second assault, he trapped a girl in a classroom and allegedly held her against her will, and touched her inappropriately. I am wondering why he was allowed back on school property after he was arrested for rape and sodomy. Even more confusing is why the school board voted to allow transgenders in the girl’s bathroom after the brutal assault took place.

In a Wednesday statement, the Loudoun County School Board said that police are investigating the second incident:

“Loudoun County Public Schools is aware of the media and social media reports concerning alleged sexual assaults at two of our high school campuses. Principals are legally required to report to the local law enforcement agency any act, including sexual assault, that may constitute a felony offense. That process was followed with respect to these allegations.”

(This is not exactly true. They called Scott Smith in to discuss the assault on his daughter and the school told him they wanted to handle it in-house. When Smith objected, they called the police. Smith talked his way out of the arrest and got the police to take his daughter to the hospital for a rape test)

“Furthermore, LCPS is prohibited from disciplining any student without following the Title IX grievance process, which includes investigating complaints of sexual harassment and sexual assault. LCPS does impose interim measures to protect the safety of students involved in the original incident, deter retaliation, and preserve the integrity of the investigation and resolution process.”

This is also not true. The first assault was five months ago and the police made the arrest after 2 weeks of investigation, aided by the rape kit. That meant that the school had 4 1/2 months to investigate, but all they did was send him to another school, where he victimized a second girl.
