ICYMI – Texas Gov Greg Abbott has declared an emergency at the border as the Intel community warns of terrorism due to Biden’s open borders policies.
The U.S. intelligence community is warning that chaos on the border raises the possibility of terrorists gaining easy access to this country could attack this country from within.
Terrorists are not afraid of taking, on a mission that would require their death like suicide bombings.
Meanwhile, Joe Biden claims that conservatives pose a bigger threat than Iran, Hamas, ISIS, or Al Qaeda. That must be dementia talking or Biden is as dumb as Trump portrays him.
That’s too close to call as both have compelling cases. But, what happens if we do suffer a terrorist attack in which many Americans die? And how will the media blame Trump? You just know they will.
According to the Washington Free Beacon:
Intelligence officials told the White House in a classified briefing that individuals with ties to terrorist groups may be illegally crossing the southern border, contradicting claims by Democrats that the immigration crisis does not constitute a national security threat.
Immigrants with connections to Islamic terrorist groups have begun taking advantage of what one senior Customs and Border Protection official called “a porous border.” In April, border patrol officers arrested two Yemeni nationals on a terrorist watch list. National security officials have pledged to assist officers in counterterrorism operations at the U.S.-Mexico border to help the strapped agency handle the influx of threats, according to a memo reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon.
There was also the armed Iraqi who didn’t make much news beyond the border. There is also the ongoing case of ventilator theft the Del Rio Sector of the Border Patrol is dealing with.
Human trafficking is still a huge ongoing problem. Various Border Patrol sectors post about issues they’re encountering, and thus far are not being censored as heavily as the media.
US Border Patrol Laredo Sector agents continue to intercept human smuggling cases where the covered beds of pickup trucks are being used to transport undocumented individuals.
The first pickup truck was encountered on early evening Monday by Hebbronville Station #USBP agents at the Farm to Marker Road 1017 checkpoint. An inspection of the bed of the truck revealed 4 undocumented individuals.
The second incident occurred yesterday afternoon when Laredo North Station agents observed a white pickup truck circumventing the Interstate 35 checkpoint. Agents performed a vehicle stop, searched the truck, and discovered 13 undocumented individuals in the backseat area and bed of the truck.
All subjects involved were placed under arrest for further investigation.
In both cases, the individuals had no way of getting out without someone opening the tailgate. This is a dangerous tactic that human smugglers place their human cargo in with little to no regard for their safety.
UPDATE: I think enough time has passed now to know that the Democrats (God only knows who is really calling the shots, as it sure seems like Biden is not calling anything other than ‘calling it a night’) have no intention on solving he border crisis.
Still we hope Abbott is able to make a dent but the picture looks bleaker and bleaker as each day passes. Please pray for Texas and those of us down here in one of the last free states in the Union … Florida!
