Now, CNN’s Don Lemon was notified that a jury trial has been ordered over a lawsuit filed against Lemon back in 2019 for allegedly rubbing his hand around his lemons in a Hamptons bar and then shoving his fingers under a man’s nose to smell the product of his actions.
Dustin Hice, who was an off duty bartender when the assault happened, said that the CNN host was in the Hamptons in 2018 and assaulted him in a very inappropriate way. He touched his hey-nanny-nanny and then shoved his finger under Hice’s nose and made a comment that would have gotten a punch in the face in my old neighborhood.
It was reported that Hice trolled Lemon on Twitter for being a typical CNN joke and when the Fake News host showed up in the bar where Hice worked; he offered to buy Lemon a drink. Lemon declined. Hice said later that night Lemon accosted him and assaulted him right in front of customers.
“Mr. Lemon, who was wearing a pair of shorts, sandals, and a T-shirt, put his hand down the front of his own shorts and vigorously rubbed his genitalia, removed his hand and shoved his index and middle fingers into Plaintiff’s mustache and under Plaintiff’s nose,” Hice said of the suit.

For two years, Lemon continually argued against a jury trial. He wanted a trial in front of a judge instead, called a bench trial. After all the delays, Lemon will not face judgement for the accusations made against him by a jury of his peers.
“Lemon put his hand down the front of his own shorts, and vigorously rubbed his genitalia, removed his hand and shoved his index and middle fingers into Plaintiff’s mustache and under Plaintiff’s nose,” the complaint filed by plaintiff Dustin Hice in Suffolk County Court read.
“Lemon intensely pushed his fingers against Plaintiff’s face under Plaintiff’s nose,” the lawsuit adds, “forcing Plaintiff’s head thrust backward as Defendant repeatedly asked Plaintiff ‘Do you like p—y or d–k?’ While saying this, Mr. Lemon continued to shove his fingers into Plaintiff’s face with aggression and hostility.”
Lemon denied the whole thing and said that Hice’s lawsuit was “frivolous,” even though a witness came forward who said he saw the whole thing.
I don’t think the CNN host will be able to make lemonade out of this, unless his jury is made up of fans of fake news.
