Justice Thomas & Supreme Court Make Huge Move On Election Integrity!

A prominent call to action is right here- to all Americans concerned about the integrity of elections and civil rights in the United States. Finally, after many ups and downs over the past year since the 2020 Presidential election, several people see promise in a new filing at the US Supreme Court by Kelly Sorelle.

President Donald J. Trump got historic numbers of Blacks and Latino votes- those voters were disenfranchised and that is illegal because the states took money from the Federal Government, under the Voting Rights Act of 1964 and HAVA, to secure safe and fair elections for minorities. Something needs to be done.

“Ok Patriots: We finally got this RIGHT! PLEASE HELP US GET THIS OUT! WE MUST BRING LIGHT TO OUR CASE!  WE NEED ALL PATRIOTS TO WRITE THEIR GRIEVANCE OR AFFIDAVITS TO JUSTICE THOMAS AND ADD THE FIRST PAGE TO THEIR GRIEVANCE BY DEC 7TH!!!! EACH STATE MUST WRITE WHAT WAS DONE WRONG!” Bianca Gracia, President of Latinos for Trump told me.

-Make a copy of the first page of a lawsuit from here: Lawsuit

-Write out your findings, from your state about the 2020 election, if you believe there were problems or Civil Rights infractions

-Mail, by US Mail, to Justice Clarence Thomas, to the US Supreme Court

Focus here: “We want anyone who believes they have a civil rights issue with the 2020 election to contact Justice Thomas by US Mail, with their story about what happened during the election and tell him if there were problems with mail in ballots or with counting ballots or with Civil Rights, and we hope that someone from every state will write him.  Even if it is just a paragraph,” Gracia said.

According to Gracia, Thomas has had Sorelle’s filing “on his desk for 90 days” and that is a good sign, indicating that interested parties may get a preliminary hearing to talk about what they see as Civil Rights infractions during the election.

CALL TO ACTION HERE- Do It Now-Don’t wait:

Send a letter about your state and any election issues by U.S. Mail:
The Honorable Justice Clarence Thomas

Supreme Court of the United States
1 First Street, NE
Washington, DC 20543

Gracia, President of Latinos For Trump, spoke to me about Sorelle’s filing, which is -in a way -an extension of what Gracia had attempted to file last year. More on Gracia’s case is below.

“I think what Kelly has done is brilliant and I have renewed hope that we are going to get a hearing at the US Supreme Court so we can talk about the civil rights.  Her case is so smart,” Gracia said.

I covered the story of Bianca’s filing for a hearing on a civil rights lawsuit that gave Sorelle a good foundation for her case on Thomas’ desk:

BACKGROUND

From Bianca Gracia, founder of Latinos For Trump:

Dear Kelly,

A year has passed by and my growing concern for election integrity especially in the fight to protect our rights against violation of our civil rights remains of great concern to me. As you know and are very aware of, you helped us draft a civil rights lawsuit that was filed early this year in January 2021 in the Western District of Texas.

I found the lawsuit to be very promising that the court would hear our concerns and complaints. I know that you personally were unable to represent us directly in federal court because you were not certified too. The fact that we could never obtain legal representation at the federal level is even more concerning to me.

I have not been able to understand how attorneys have failed to take on our case for pure fear of losing their license, backlash, or even for monetary concerns. I thought we lived in a land where our constitutional rights and our civil rights mattered over fear.

Where is the justice for conservative minorities? Do our voices and votes not matter? Our organization Latinos for Trump was birthed from the Trump movement not because of Trump himself, but for the policies that aligned themselves with our values and principles.

We fought hard to educate our communities about life, family, faith, and our freedoms to be ignored and underrepresented because we are conservative-minded. But isn’t that what living in America is all about? That we live in a land where equality does exist and justice does prevail. Or is that long gone?

We strived to educate and inform potential and existing voters in our Hispanic communities about our rights to vote, our numbers to make a difference, and the right to fight for maintaining our values and principles in America. This was proven successful across Texas and the southern region where we concentrated our work and the voter turnout in heavy Hispanic areas increased.

Our message was never about Trump himself, but our message was we wanted to make sure our communities were educated to make informed decisions for themselves and their families. We never wanted our people to be deemed ignorant of what they were voting for regardless who they casted their votes for. Our work focused on targeting faith leaders, business owners, and local leaders especially stay at home mothers.

All of our work has gone ignored when we have fought to challenge the violations on our civil rights during the 2020 election. We obtained numerous affidavits of witnesses that witnessed firsthand violations against the Helping America Voting Act (HAVA) and the Civil Rights Act of 1964, yet no one seems to care that these violations occurred or that our voting rights were trampled upon. Who will fight for us?

During the past five years I studied Martin Luther King’s Iconic speech to try and understand why it was so important to him and now important to me to fight for our civil rights. This was my breakdown of my studies:

I Have a Dream Speech by Reverend Martin Luther King

August 28, 1963

We look and only see a man of God, used by God, and appointed by God because

we are a people of God.

We are acknowledging who we are as people, (Church)

Who we are as children of God. (Called for a time as this)

We are establishing the fact that we were given the power and authority to govern to influence our society in order to protect and define the world we live in.

Matthew 16:19  And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

Daniel 2:21 “It is He who changes the times and the epochs; He removes kings and establishes kings; He gives wisdom to wise men And knowledge to men of understanding.

Proverbs 8:16 “By me princes rule, and nobles, All who judge rightly.

I have a dream today… I have a dream that one day every valley shall be exalted every hill and mountain shall be made low. The rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight. And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together.

Isaiah 40: 4-5 – Bible verse quoted word for word.

This is our hope. This is the faith that I go back to the South with. With this faith, we will be able to hew out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope. With this faith, we will be able to transform the jangling discords of our nation into a beautiful symphony of brotherhood. With this faith, we will be able to work together, to pray together, to struggle together, to go to jail together, to stand up for freedom together, knowing that we will be free one day.

This will be the day when all of God’s children will be able to sing with new meaning.

Psalm 149: 1-4  Praise ye the Lord. Sing unto the Lord a new song, and his praise in the congregation of saints.2 Let Israel rejoice in him that made him: let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.3 Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp.4 For the Lord taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation.5 Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds.6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand;7 To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people;8 To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;9 To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the Lord.

“My country, ’tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing. Land where my fathers died, land of the pilgrim’s pride, from every mountain side, let freedom ring.” And if America is to be a great nation, this must become true.

*This statement alludes to events of the future (now) and it speaks directly to what we are doing

(57 years later) Making America Great Again. Reclaiming the spiritual autonomy and independence of every human, community, and state. We have not guarded the high places and allowed these lands to be governed by injustice through deceit, disinformation and our own conformity. Our fear and our humanity with its ill-placed emotions have put us on a back seat ride instead of driving this nation.

2 Kings 17:29 But every nation still made gods of its own and put them in the houses of the high places which the people of Samaria had made, every nation in their cities in which they lived.

Bianca Gracia, President

You see Kelly as you read the iconic speech and align it with the most precious book ever written, the book that ultimately supersedes our constitution: the Bible. You can understand why our Hispanic communities are now faced with the very challenges the “Negros” were faced with back in the 1960’s and before. You see Kelly, the Black community overcame their challenge and received justice, but our Hispanic communities never have. I often tell Blacks that state, they are owed reparations, that it is not true. You see, what everyone has ignored is that Mexicans were deemed less than Negros and Dogs! If you go back before segregation ended, all the signs read, “No Negros, No Dogs, No Mexicans”! This signified that we were seen as a lower class than Negros and Dogs! No one has ever addressed our Mexican/Latino/Hispanic rights till now. As the Latinos become the majority minority, we will need to defend our rights, establish our wealth, and seek equal justice as others have in the past.

You see Mexican/Latinos/Hispanics have been defending our Faith since the 1700’s. Missions were built by the Spanish monks along with the Native Indians to defend the faith. In San Antonio, Texas seven missions were built. The Spanish monks had migrated here to witness Christianity to the Native Americans and found themselves having to fight for that right. Those are our ancestors. Furthermore, during the Battle of Goliad, the Alamo, and the Battle of San Jacinto, our Mexican ancestors fought alongside the “White Man” like Davy Crockett to defend our freedoms from the tyrannical dictator Santa Ana. Our culture did so all to defend our family values and principles.

Our Hispanic communities have been contributing to our country since the foundation of this country was built and established. Why would we stop fighting to defend the very constitution that we defended to implement? Why would we stop fighting to defend every single God given right we have in this country including the right to vote and to maintain the integrity of that vote. You see our votes matter, our voices and votes are suppressed when one dilutes our votes with phantom voters, illegal and mass mailing of mail in ballots, illegal procedures at the polling locations such as: pop up drive by voting, vehicles pulling up to the polling locations with handful of IDs to vote, and discrepancies and irregularities in the nursing homes, to name a few.

After the Bush/Gore election, U.S. Congress passed the Helping America Voting Act to further protect elections, but during 2020 the Civil Rights and HAVA Act were violated using the Covid-19 pandemic. Local officials were making decisions that violated those Acts by keeping voting locations opened pass the allotted time, accepting mail in ballots up to two weeks past election day, among other violations in the polling locations. It is crucially important that we find a way to be heard in the courts to address these violations of civil rights that effected our Hispanic Communities all across America.
