ICYMI – It breaks my heart to type this, but if we are being honest (and we always strive for perfection when it comes to honesty and accurate facts here at the Beltway Report), the United States’ ‘Department of Justice‘ crossed the Rubicon during Obama’s second term … at the very latest.
All the evidence needed to prove this assertion is already in the public domain. Anyone with the time and desire could analyze the available documents and discover just how corrupt the DOJ was in their efforts to destroy candidate, and then President Donald J Trump.
One of the leaders of this treasonous ‘soft coup’ if you will, was Rod Rosenstein, a former Deputy Attorney General. Rosenstein was actually the longest ‘serving’ US Attorney when he was sworn in, in 2017. The length of his tenure and his willingness to wear a wire against President Trump, along with all the other roles he played in the effort to frame and expel a duly elected POTUS from The White House, is a great illustration of just how far south the federal justice apparatus has fallen.

‘Former House Intelligence Committee investigator Kash Patel accused former Acting Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, the FBI and DOJ of withholding information from House GOP investigators in the Trump-Russia collusion investigation.
Rosenstein lied and failed to mention that former DNC operative Charles Dolan helped fund the garbage dossier. Dolan campaigned for Hillary Clinton in 2016. The FBI, DOJ and Rosenstein forgot to mention this as they ran their attempted coup against President Donald Trump.

Patel said he never heard of Charles Dolan until this past week when John Durham indicted Igor Danchenko last week.’

The revelation that Democratic operative Charles Dolan was one of the sources for the dossier compiled by former British spy Christopher Steele shows the FBI and Department of Justice (DOJ) withheld information from congressional investigators, Kash Patel said Friday.
I’m the lead Russia guy, and I had never heard of this guy,” Patel said. “It means, to me, the FBI, DOJ under Rod Rosenstein withheld information that was critical to the Russiagate investigation that we were running in 2017, 2018. And who knows what else they’ve left out?”
Patel was an investigator for the House Intelligence Committee. He was speaking on “Kash’s Corner,” a program he hosts on EpochTV. Rosenstein was deputy attorney general under former President Donald Trump and appointed Special Counsel Robert Mueller to investigate the Trump-Russia collusion theories.
