Rich Welsh| Nancy Pelosi, the queen of talking trash against a sitting president, is upset that Republican members of the House had a problem with President Joe Biden‘s incompetent failure in the withdrawal from Afghanistan and said that they need to “shut up.”
The Speaker was alluding to Representatives Lauren Boebert (R-CO) and Marjorie Taylor-Greene (R-GA) both of who heckled Biden during his truly bizarre State of the Union show on Tuesday.
Rep. Boebert could only take so much of Biden referring to dead soldiers in a nationalistic fashion when he said that the “waste of war” placed soldiers “in a flag-draped coffin,” causing her to yell out “Thirteen of them!,” pointing out the military service members who were murdered during the botched Afghanistan withdrawal.
President Biden: "And they come home, many of the world's fittest and best warriors…in a flag draped coffin."

I have to empathize with her because even though everyone knows how much of a screw up Biden was in that Afghanistan withdrawal, that very well may have set off a chain reaction of future events by bad actors on the world stage because they now know that Joe Biden is a weak president incapable of fulfilling the job as Commander-in-Chief, and the aspect of it all being Biden’s fault was never really discussed at the federal level.
So having Biden make references throughout his speech about how he supports fixing problems America has experienced as if he’s going to be the champion of righting specific wrongs, while not mentioning once that HE is the one who caused them all, is as frustrating as it gets.
When Biden said flag draped coffins I couldn't stay silent. I told him directly he did it. He put 13 in there.
Our heroic servicemen and women deserve so much better.

Like a good little RINO, Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) (Heeeeey) mouthed that Boebert should to “shut up.”

Pelosi, who in a genuinely peculiar act, weirdly rubbed her knuckles together and stood up in celebration as Biden mentioned sick and dying US troops on Thursday, told reporters, “Let me just say this. I agree with what Sen. Lindsey Graham said: ‘Shut up.’ That’s what he said to them. I think they should just shut up.”
My one State of the Union takeaway: Nancy Pelosi looking like a straight up cartoon villain rubbing her hands together thinking about burn pit cancer and all the money she’s going to make off war. pic.twitter.com/bU0EMMAD0H

WATCH:
Isn’t that just as bad as Boebert shouting out during the SOTU address? Don’t get me wrong. I agree with the Colorado congresswoman that something should have been said about those 13 service members who were killed straight up because of Joe Biden’s sheer incompetence to allow the Taliban to be in charge of security at the Kabul Airport that day instead of US military personnel, but if the Democrats are going to jump on her for what she did, then the actual Speaker of the House of Representatives should show a little respectability and resist telling the news media that members of the House should shut up.
Boebert, not a woman who backs down from anything, responded to Pelosi, stressing she will not “shut up” by pointing to something the old hag did that was far worse than anything Boebert said.
Remember this?
So Fancy Nancy is upset about me speaking out at the State of the Union.
What’s she so torn up about?
I will not “shut up” about Biden’s failure in Afghanistan and the 13 heroes we lost because of it. pic.twitter.com/m3RnO5YiG8

Imagine a Speaker of the House who tore up the script of the State of the Union address in front of the world, and behind the back of the president has the balls to say that Boebert and Taylor-Greene should shut up.
According to Neilsen Reseaerch, Biden’s speech was the lowest rated for a president’s first State of the Union address in 30 years.
