It’s Happening! Gen. Mike Flynn Files $50 Million Claim Against Feds Over Phony Russia Investigation

Former Trump National Security Advisor Lt. General Michael Flynn has filed a $50 million claim against the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) over “malicious prosecution” concerning the fully discredited Trump-Russia collusion hoax investigation.

Form 95 Civil Claim, which acts as a quiet notification, was filed on February 22 and names the DOJ, FBI, US Attorney’s Office in Washington, DC, Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s office and the Executive Office of the President as defendants. The filing claims that former President Barack Obama and the FBI had a vendetta against him that helped make their actions against him biased.

Among a laundry list of “irregularities” (to use a polite word) in his case, it states proof of political interference in the FBI, “Of all of President Trump’s appointees, the Obama White House hated Flynn the most.”

In July 2016, “the FBI began to express disdain for candidate Donald J. Trump and began to consider ways in which it could hamper Donald Trump as a candidate or as President, were he to win the 2016 election,” the filing says.

The filing added, “As part of these efforts, the FBI began to target Flynn. Flynn was no stranger to the FBI and its leadership, many of whom considered Flynn to be a personal enemy of the FBI and the success of their own FBI careers.”

According to the filing, Flynn is seeking “compensatory damages including but not limited to lost past and future earnings/revenue, emotional distress, lost opportunity to be President’s National Security Advisor, significant restraints of personal liberty, attorney fees/expenses and court costs in defending against malicious prosecution, abuse of process, false arrest.”

Flynn, with his lawyer Jesse Binnall, made the claim that there was “political motivation” behind the prosecution of the former National Security Advisor, with the charge of lying to the FBI. In the end, we learned that not only did Flynn not lie to the FBI, which is considered felony perjury, but the question to which they charged him with lying during his FBI interview was never asked by the FBI in the first place.

Many leftists claim Flynn did what the FBI accused him of based on the fact that he pled guilty to the charge and then agreed to cooperate with Robert Muller’s phony probe. When you have the limitless funding of the federal government going after you for political reasons, and you know you’ve done nothing wrong and they are going after you anyway, and after you have exhausted your life’s savings trying to defend yourself when the DOJ then threatens to go after your son and put him through the same bullschtein you just went through unless you plead guilty, you’re going to sign the papers. It’s just that simple.

At one point, Flynn asked to withdraw his guilty plea when exculpatory evidence was uncovered that showed the FBI didn’t think he lied to agents who interviewed him, mainly a 302 document that listed that the FBI agents didn’t think Flynn was lying. The agents tried to shut down the case, but their decision was overruled by the rogue superiors who were in on the alleged intentional malicious prosecution of Mike Flynn. In the end, Flynn was pardoned after DOJ lawyers requested the charges be dismissed, but a political activist, Judge Emmet Sullivan, for some reason (political) wanted to keep the case alive despite the formal request of the DOJ to drop the case.

Flynn’s attorney has said that his client is fully prepared to sue if the DOJ rejects his claim.

“For years, government bureaucrats and left-wing agitators believed they could attack General Flynn with impunity. No more,” he said. “If you wrongfully attack an American hero, then you should be held to account,” Binnall said, adding, “This Federal Tort Claims Act Action is just the beginning of that accountability. Lt. General Michael Flynn will no longer be the pincushion of the radical left.”

In a nutshell, Flynn served in the Obama administration as the Director of National Intelligence. President Obama surrounded himself with military “yes men,” one of them being the disastrous Chairman of the Join Chiefs General Mark Milley. Anyway, Flynn was never one of the “yes men” and he knew where all the bodies were buried, so to speak, and he was angering Obama because he was speaking out against really bad things the administration was doing, like the Iran nuclear deal for one. Flynn allegedly also knows all about massive corruption that went on in Ukraine where Democrats were making gobbles of cash. He knew about the Hunter Biden situation at Burisma Holdings, the Ukrainian natural gas company that was being investigated for serious fraud and corruption. Obama wanted Flynn out of the way and so he fired him.

Obama did not want Flynn in a position where he could officially bring up the mass corruption of his administration and so out of all the people that President-elect Trump was considering bringing into his administration, Flynn was the only one that Obama personally warned Trump against hiring. When Trump announced that he was going to make Flynn his National Security Advisor, it was go time. The Obama administration then set a target on Flynn’s back to discredit him so that their dirty little secrets would remain in the darkness.

Flynn’s Form 95 Civil Claim notes that a White House meeting took place weeks after Obama had urged Trump privately not to name Flynn as national security adviser:

“On or about November 10, 2016, two days after the Presidential Election, President-elect Trump met with President Obama in the Oval Office. During this meeting, President Obama warned President-elect Trump he had profound concerns about hiring Flynn for any sensitive, high-level national security positions,” Flynn’s filing mentions. “President Obama made this statement despite himself having appointed Flynn to the position of Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency in 2012.”

“Flynn was the target of a politically motivated investigation and prosecution that had no merit when it began, no merit during its course, and no merit in the end when the charges were withdrawn by the DOJ and ultimately dismissed by the Court after Flynn received a full pardon,” the filing alleges. “During that meritless and unlawful investigation and prosecution, Flynn was falsely and maliciously painted by the conspirators as a traitor to his nation who acted in concert with a foreign power, and the SCO even threatened Flynn’s son with prosecution unless Flynn were to plead guilty. The federal government’s targeting of a citizen for baseless criminal prosecution and eliciting a plea bargain through threatening of family members is outrageous conduct of the highest order. The fact that it was orchestrated and carried out at the highest levels of the FBI, DOJ, and White House makes it all the more outrageous.”

Don’t be surprised if the Biden regime goes after Flynn at this point. Then Vice President Joe Biden was in on the meeting where the Obama people were trying to come up with ways to “get him” out of the way. In that meeting, Biden suggested using the Logan Act, which is ridiculous in itself because no one has been successfully prosecuted under the Logan Act since it was introduced in 1799.

Decent people do not treat people like Mike Flynn, who served his country honorably for decades, like a piece of disposable furniture when you’re trying to cover up your own dirt. Godspeed to Lt. General Flynn’s case.
