When it comes to race politics, the only way to make things equal is to give minority students extra rights. This is a bad policy inasmuch school is not only for learning facts, but how to apply that knowledge in the workplace. And, allowing some students to receive shortcuts or favored grading, it will put them at a disadvantage in the workplace. This guarantees that it will be harder for minority students to advance in their careers.
At a Chicago High School, they are planning what they call a race-based grading system. Advocates say this is necessary in order to achieve equity. That is a lie. This means those students will never be equal, which is likely what the party of slavery wants. Students of color will not be held accountable for missing class, failing to do their homework assignments, or misbehaving in school. Name me one company looking for people with these habits.
This system does not promise equity. Just the opposite. It assures minority students that if they take advantage of the new rules, they will never be equal. And it has nothing to do with race. If you allow white kids to engage in the same behavior, they will be disadvantaged for the rest of their lives as well. So, who benefits? The teachers. They will no longer have to work to break bad habits. They will simply be able to ignore it. Also Democrats who get huge campaign contributions from the teachers’ unions.

Oak Park and River Forest High School (OPRF) administrators will require teachers next school year to adjust their classroom grading scales to account for the skin color or ethnicity of its students.
School board members discussed the plan called “Transformative Education Professional Development & Grading” at a meeting on May 26, presented by Assistant Superintendent for Student Learning Laurie Fiorenza.
[The plan] calls for what OPRF leaders describe as “competency-based grading, eliminating zeros from the grade book…encouraging and rewarding growth over time.” Teachers are being instructed how to measure student “growth” while keeping the school leaders’ political ideology in mind.
