Rich Welsh| Well, looky here. Dominion Voting Systems machines in El Paso County, Colorado, have reportedly generated numerous adjudications in their Logic and Accuracy test for the upcoming hand recount of the 2022 Primary election.
Are Democrats going to call this another Big Lie?
The recount was ordered by some of the candidates, including Mesa Clerk Tina Peters (R) and El Paso Senate candidate Linda Zamora Wilson (R), who saw her election overturned after it was already called by local news. There was no explanation given.
According to ColoradoRecount.com:
The Logic and Accuracy test consisted of 4,000 ballots. 2,200, or 60%, were reportedly kicked out for adjudication. Two Dominion employees were present and it still can’t be run correctly. Teams of judges are reviewing the ballots as part of the adjudication process.
The candidates had to pay for the recount, including $10,000 allocated to “vendor programming/support.”
On Friday, Peters said that the recount voting in El Paso County was an “absolute disaster” in a statement to the press.
“Today, the machine tabulated recount ordered by Secretary of State Jena Griswold failed the Logic and Accuracy Test (LAT), with Dominion employees present, in a spectacular fashion with over a 50% error rate out of the 4,000+ ballots tested,” the release said. “These voting machines are unacceptable for use in Colorado elections.”
Griswold “did not provide reasonable advance notice of the LAT to the Tina Peters Campaign thereby denying them their right to have … appointed watchers present during the test,” the release said. “Thankfully, due to public outcry and citizen concerns, there were ample witnesses present to watch the utter humiliation of the LAT failure and the over 50% error rate that the LAT revealed.”
