President Trump cut off US aid to the Palestinians over their policy of rewarding terrorists who kill people. Joe Biden in his infinite wisdom has restored $235 million in aid. Thanks to the newfound money, the Palestinians were able to give a nearly 15% raise to terrorists who killed nine people, five of whom were Americans. That increased their monthly stipend from $2,251 per month to $2,572. That may not seem like a lot, but the cost of living is much lower there.

Many saw them as an attempt to push Palestinian leaders into peace talks with Israel on terms that they considered to be heavily biased against them.
At Qalandia refugee camp in the occupied West Bank, Hassan Abu al-Eish, 85, said he had felt the effect of the cuts in aid and was left unable to afford the basics. “When Trump arrived, he stopped all the Unrwa funds and closed all the doors on us,” he commented.
The truth is there is nothing you can do that will bring the Palestinians to the negotiation table short of complete capitulation, including the disbanding of the state of Israel. That would never fly. But, the infusion of cash could fund another 3 or 4 days of bombing of Israel. This is exactly why Trump cut their funding, to begin with.
The Palestinian Authority, which for years has implemented a “pay-to-slay” program that rewards Palestinian terrorists who murder Jews, has given a raise to four terrorists around the 20th anniversary of them murdering nine people and injuring 80 others.
On July 31, 2002, Wael Qassem, Wassim Abbasi, Alla Aldin Abbasi and Muhammed Odeh bombed the Frank Sinatra Cafeteria on the Hebrew University campus. They murdered nine people, five of whom were American citizens. The victims included Janis Routh Coulter, 36, Dina Carter, 38, David Gritz, 24, Daphna Spruch, 61, Levina Shapira, 53, Benjamin Blustein, 25, David Ladowski, 29, Revital Barashi, 30, and Marla Bennet, 24.
The terrorists have been handsomely rewarded over the years, receiving roughly $2.6 million in total. According to Palestinian Media Watch, they just got a raise of 14.29%, as their salaries have increased from $2,251 per month to $2,572.
