Rich Welsh| Bill Gates has been purchasing a lot of farmland just like the Communist Chinese government. It’s mind-boggling how our government can allow a communist enemy nation to take ownership of land in an industry that falls under national security.
Why are they buying up our farms? I trust Bill Gates about as much as I trust the Communist Chinese Party, which is not at all.
Now we learn that an entity that is linked to Gates has bought up 2,100 acres of potato farmland in the northern part of North Dakota, which is pissing off local residents.
State officials are investigating the purchase by the trust. The North Dakota Attorney General, Drew Wrigley, sent a letter telling the trust that corporations and LLC’s were “prohibited from owning or leasing farmland or ranchland in the state of North Dakota.” adding that they were also banned from “engaging in farming or ranching.”
“In addition, the law places certain limitations on the ability of trusts to own farmland or ranchland,” the letter added. “Our office needs to confirm how your company uses this land and whether this use meets any of the statutory exceptions, such as the business purpose exception, so that we may close this case and file it in our inactive files.”
Public records that were recently mentioned by AgWeek explain that the entity linked to Gates is called Red River Trust.
The land was sold to Red River Trust by the owners of Campbell Farms, a potato farming group from Grafton, ND, which is about 50 miles from Canada.
Doug Goehring, North Dakota Agriculture Commissioner told KFYR that the public reaction to the sale has been negative.
“I’ve gotten a big earful on this from clear across the state. It’s not even from that neighborhood,” said Goehring. “Those people are upset, but there are others that are just livid about this.”
In January 2021, Forbes reported that Gates was now America’s largest farm land owner:
“Bill Gates, the fourth richest person in the world and a self-described nerd who is known for his early programming skills rather than his love of the outdoors, has been quietly snatching up 242,000 acres of farmland across the U.S. — enough to make him the top private farmland owner in America.
After years of reports that he was purchasing agricultural land in places like Florida and Washington, The Land Report revealed that Gates, who has a net worth of nearly $121 billion according to Forbes, has built up a massive farmland portfolio spanning 18 states. His largest holdings are in Louisiana (69,071 acres), Arkansas (47,927 acres) and Nebraska (20,588 acres). Additionally, he has a stake in 25,750 acres of transitional land on the west side of Phoenix, Arizona, which is being developed as a new suburb.”
Breitbart News also reported on Gates’ land purchases:
“Gates also owns land in Arizona (25,750 acres), Illinois (17,940), Mississippi (16,963), Washington (16,097), Florida (14,828), Idaho (9,233), Indiana (9,136), Ohio (8,915), California (4,509), Colorado (2,270), Michigan (2,167), Wisconsin (1,188), Wyoming (975), North Carolina (874), Iowa (552), and New Mexico (1). Gates’ farmland now totals 242,000 acres.”
A corporation in North Dakota in order to farm or ranch has to have no more than 15 shareholders all of whom must be related and only in you are a parent, a son, a daughter, stepson or stepdaughter, a grandparent, a grandchild, a brother, a sister, an uncle, an aunt, a nephew, a niece, a great-grandparent, a great-grandchild, a first cousin, a second cousin, or the spouse of a person in the list.
I can’t prove it, but it looks like Gates used the Trust company to do an end around to buy the land because most people now recognize that there is something not right with him as he oozes evil vibes. His interest in the vaccine industry are odd being that he founded a giant in technology, Microsoft, and being involved in the Event 201 war games that was hosted by Bill and Melinda Gates and the authoritarian fascist World Economic Forum run by Klaus Schwab (You vill own nothing, but you vill be happy… or else.) where a pretend COVID outbreak was used to test how effective a response would be that concluded just weeks before China sprung COVID-19 on the world.
