Rich Welsh| Conservatives are celebrating across America over Liz Cheney, the RINO Republican from Wyoming, who lost her primary on Tuesday. I know it’s a day I’ve been looking forward to.
Not only did Cheney lose, but she lost BIGLY. And it was all because she represented her own inflated ego and not the people of Wyoming.
Cheney received only 28.9% of the vote while her main opponent, the Trump-endorsed Harriet Hageman, won with 66.3% of the vote. That’s a 37.4% difference.
With an estimated 99% of the vote in, the Washington Post called it for Hageman, which just had to move WaPo personnel (I can’t call them reporters) to tears. Their Trump-hating candidate lost.
Decision Desk called it around 9:27 pm EDT.
Decision Desk HQ projects Harriet Hageman (@HagemanforWY) is the winner of the Republican nomination for Wyoming's at-large U.S. House congressional district. She has defeated incumbent Rep Liz Cheney (R).#DecisionMade: 9:27pm EDT

In the end, Cheney’s Democrat masters did nothing to help her keep her seat. Liz learned a valuable lesson that the rest of us realized a long time ago. Democrats don’t give a rat’s [rhymes with mass] about Republicans, even GOP traitors like Cheney. They will treat you like office furniture by purchasing you, depreciating you, and then disposing of you.
The still clueless Cheney tweeted out a message with a photo of her voting for herself.
“Proud to cast my ballot today. The challenges we are facing require serious leaders who will abide by their oath and uphold the Constitution- no matter what.”
She’s so struck with TDS that she doesn’t realize she began violating the Constitution the minute she sat down on the unconstitutional January 6 Committee that has forgotten constitutional principles like due process with cross-examination, allowing exculpatory evidence, not cherry-picking evidence to fit a preconceived notion about the accused. Supporting a kangaroo court is the exact opposite of upholding the Constitution.

Cheney was one of 10 House Republicans to join with the radical leftist Democrats to vote to impeach former President Donald Trump. Out of those 10, only two survived their careers, with Cheney being the latest political casualty.
Liz Cheney’s defeat was a very big deal to Republicans across the country because she epitomized the rot and the corruption and the darkness of the Democratic Party and how it can grab hold of anyone who loses their way. Cheney came to represent all that has gone wrong in America since the Democrats took over. Her defeat brings hope to the American people that their votes in November just might beat the Democrats’ attempts at stealing the midterm elections.
Donald Trump’s communications director, Taylor Budowich, said it succinctly on social media.
“Bye bye, @Liz_Cheney”

Gifted filmmaker and conservative intellectual, Dinesh D’Souza brought up how Cheney declared war on her own base.
“I’ve never seen an elected politician declare war on her own base like #LizCheney. Consequently she couldn’t show her face to the very people who once elected her. She couldn’t stand them and they couldn’t stand her. In a democracy, this is not a formula for success”
