On Friday, a federal judge ruled in agreement with Republicans attorneys that the Biden administration‘s plans to end Title 42, which was a Trump era rule that allowed the government to remove illegal migrants quickly due to the COVID pandemic, must be put on hold. The Biden administration has broken maybe every immigration law on the books by allowing illegal migrants to come in and roam our country. The right move would be to remove Title 42 because the pandemic is over, but the Biden administration wants to remove it so that they have nothing holding them back from allowing anyone and everyone who wants to enter our country illegally in the hopes that someday they become citizens overnight who will vote Democrat to make the United States a one-party country the way the last amnesty made California a one-party state.
“The Court agrees with the Plaintiff States that a nation-wide injunction is necessary for complete relief given the ability of immigrants crossing the border to move freely from one state to another,” Judge Robert Summerhays said in his ruling.
Title 42 began under the Trump administration to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic and was used to expel immigrants without having to go through the red tape that was intentionally created over decades by both parties but mostly by Democrats, that allowed illegal aliens to stay inside the interior of the country while they were waiting for their deportation hearing that none of them ever attended. It was a de facto amnesty, if you will. The CDC announced on April Fool’s Day that it decided to end the policy on May 23.
“Today’s ruling is a significant win, as Title 42 is one of the few policies that is actually working. I’m grateful to the court for upholding the rule of law and helping maintain some level of sanity as we continue to battle the Biden-made border crisis,” Mark Brnovich, the Arizona Attorney General, said in a statement.
You can’t use a COVID pandemic to steal an election by faking the need for mail-in ballots and then say that you don’t need to test illegals coming from third-world countries for COVID and just let them into the country. That’s exactly what’s going on here. What kind of president would do that to his own people?
Most of President Donald Trump‘s policies were sound, sober, and, more importantly, they worked. Everything the former president did was based on an America First belief. The Biden administration has been America Last and their immigration policies are proof. They have created a crisis not only at our southern border, but throughout our country. They must know what they are doing is immoral because they silently ship thousands of illegal migrants off to cities and towns across America in the middle of the night like a drug cartel.
The lawsuit by Arizona, Louisiana, and Missouri argued that ending Title 42 would create havoc and chaos at our southern border. As if this administration hasn’t caused enough chaos there already.
More than 1.7 million migrants have been expelled since Title 42 began in March 2020. Thousands are still turned away every day. Biden administration officials, who have been under pressure to end the program, insisted they have a plan in place and claim they are prepared to handle the likely surge in the number of people trying to cross the border. No one, and I do mean no one including the people who live in those little mud huts, believes the Biden administration has a plan for anything other than the welcome the “unregistered Democrats,” hand them a smart phone and a prepaid debit card and a goodie bag before carting them off to a city near you.
Why would an American administration cave to the demands of people who want to bring third-world paupers into the country? Because they want to use them for their own benefit. Not only are Democrats hoping for another amnesty attempt to succeed (they tried numerous times and failed) but many federal and state grants are based on population and the Democrats love to count illegal aliens who should even be here.
“Revoking Title 42 will create an unprecedented surge at the southern border and it will overwhelm law enforcement agencies and non-governmental organizations as well. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, (DHS), estimates getting rid of Title 42 will result in as many as 18,000 migrants per day – which could mean 540,000 migrants in a single month,” the state attorneys general said
