Erica Carlin| Democrats keep insisting that voter fraud is nonexistent, but in Compton, California, a judge ruled that there were four invalid voters who lived outside the district.
Isaac Galvan defeated Andre Spicer in the runoff, which Galvan won by one vote, 855 to 854. Superior Court Judge Michelle Williams Court ruled that there were four illegal votes, so she reversed the election and Spicer won by 3 voters.
Don’t the Democrats say that you cannot overturn an election, even if there is voter fraud? Proving fraud in states like Florida and Arizona should be easy and free to reverse their election results. In fact, every swing state should audit its results.
But, most important is that we close all of the avenues of voter fraud. Galvan and five others have been charged with the alleged voter fraud scheme.
The Los Angeles Times reported Monday:
Two-term Councilman Isaac Galvan must be replaced by his challenger, Andre Spicer, after a judge determined that four of the votes cast in the election were submitted by people who did not live in the council district that the two men were vying to represent, according to a 10-page ruling issued Friday by Superior Court Judge Michelle Williams Court.
After a contentious primary, Galvan and Spicer advanced to a runoff in June 2021, which Galvan won, 855 to 854. With the four illegal ballots disqualified, Court ruled that Spicer was the rightful winner of the election by a tally of 854 to 851.
Prosecutors alleged that Galvan conspired with primary opponent Jace Dawson to direct voters from outside the council district to cast ballots for Galvan in the June runoff against Spicer. Galvan was also accused of trying to bribe an elections official with concert tickets, according to the criminal complaint. The official immediately reported the attempt, according to Dean Logan, the county’s top elections official.
I do find stories like this one funny, because he is a Democrat, trying to cheat another Democrat. There is nothing a Democrat won’t do to get into elective office so they can enrich themselves. We need smarter voters.
But, will other judges allow a reversal based on fraud? I doubt it as most judges rule by their ideology and not the law
