Charlie Daniels was a great man. God took him from us too soon. It’s time that he make sure his warning is heard by the American people. I know this is a little late, but in honor of Mr. Daniels legacy, let’s make sure all of American hears his dire warning…
We reported on this previously but felt that because of the recent development regarding Pelosi and Schumer and their underhanded politics which forced the President to succumb to their hostage-holding tactics to re-open the government, we thought it would be valuable to our readers to re-read what Charlie Daniels so perfectly stated.

In a commentary piece for CNS News, Charlie Daniels declared, “The degree that the Schumer and Pelosi-led Democrats will go to prevent Donald Trump from having the promised wall is truly disgusting and appalling.”
He went on to explain that the Democrats continue to claim that they are in favor of border security, however, the can’t seem to agree on funding. Daniels explains that the Dems “sidestep the details, citing lofty pie-in-the-sky technology, drones and electronic sniffing devices, most of which have been on the job for years but have only detection and no deterrent properties against a couple of thousand determined illegals who rush in and overwhelm our border security.”
Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer are both known to support any and all abortion bills, but now they’re begging for “compassion” for children.
House Speaker Pelosi claims that building a wall along the southern border would send a bad message, but in reality all it would do is enforce immigration laws that already exist in our country.
Daniels explains, “What sends a wrong message is people who are supposed to be concerned with the security of the citizens of the nation who pay their salary and voluminous benefits and whose laws they have sworn to protect and enforce are saying to the world, ‘It’s alright. Come on in to America and reap our benefits and entitlements, enjoy our social welfare, use our medical system, and do it all free of charge. There are plenty of working fools who continue to put people like us in office to waste their hard-earned money.’”
He urges, “People, wake up! Do you think the likes of Pelosi, Schumer et al give a horse apple about anything but power? The ultimate goal of this diabolical duo is to naturalize millions of new Democrat voters, creating an unbeatable majority that wants to turn our nation into a godless, socialist purgatory.”
Daniels reminds that when there is socialism, there is also totalitarianism. He explains, “You can’t have one without the other because force is the only way the elite can stay on top.”
He then gives the analogy, “Anybody with enough sense to walk through a door without bumping their head can see where this is heading, knows that a properly built wall will stem the flow of illegals and knows that the Democrats know it will work, and therein is the rub.”
Currently, portions of the wall have already been constructed, and seem to be working. In San Diego, El Paso, and numerous other areas of the border that have been secured, the difference has been noticeable, and Democrats can’t deny it.
Daniels explains that the Democrats are also aware that if President Trump were to build the wall, “it will severely curtail their dreams of ultimate power and a stranglehold over everything in the United States. Plus, it will reveal, that as in so many other things, they don’t know what they are talking about.”
Daniels says that in Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer’s “ideal America,” “Guns would be confiscated. There would be no restrictions whatsoever on abortion. Taxes would be through the roof. Global warming – the new religion of the left – would become front and center, and American manufacturing would, again, begin a monolithic evacuation.”
