ICYMI| Federal officials in the Biden administration conspired and communicated, dare I say, “colluded,” with tech tyrants of social media companies to censor and silence Americans’ private free speech.
In a lawsuit brought by The New Civil Liberties Alliance, the Attorney General of Missouri, and the Attorney General of Louisiana against the President of the United States, the revelations of fascist behavior of the Biden administration were revealed.
The lawsuit was filed based on the First Amendment’s right to free speech. For the longest time, leftists snarkily argued that social media sites were private corporations and were therefore not subject to the First Amendment. But if they were bending over for the federal government, then that makes them a de facto government entity, and the First Amendment applies.
In the lawsuit, they are seeking to identify “all meetings with any Social-Media Platform relating to Content Modulation and/or Misinformation.”
What was revealed via Discovery was, “A recurring meeting usually entitled USG – Industry meeting, which has generally had a monthly cadence, and is between government agencies and private industry. Government participants have included CISA’s Election Security and Resilience team, DHS’s Office of Intelligence and Analysis, the FBI’s foreign influence task force, the Justice Department’s national security division, and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Industry participants have included Google, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Microsoft, Verizon Media, Pinterest, LinkedIn and the Wikimedia Foundation. The topics discussed include, but are not limited to: information sharing around elections risk, briefs from industry, threat updates, and highlights and upcoming watch outs.”
What was also revealed was there is a large group of federal censorship bureaucrats, including officials in the White House, HHS, DHS, CISA, the CDC, NIAID, the Office of the Surgeon General, the Census Bureau, the FDA, the FBI, the State Department, the Treasury Department, and the U.S. Election Assistance Commission.
Is this still America? They have an army of federal employees keeping track of censorship.
Communications between them all show that the federal officials are completely aware that the pressure they wield is an effective and what they believe, a necessary way to bring about social-media platforms to increase their censorship. The head of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency even griped about the need to overcome social-media companies’ “hesitation” to work with the government.
Wait, what? We already knew that Dr. Fauci was emailing back and forth with Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg on how to censor free speech about COVID.
The tech tyrants censored any speech about COVID that went against the Biden regime’s narrative, which was the only thing to stop COVID was the vaccines and that the vaccines would protect you from catching the Wuhan virus. This includes people like me who caught COVID and used ivermectin to treat it. I was censored for talking about my own personal experience that helped me. My symptoms went away after the second does. Hundreds of thousands of Americans died because they weren’t able to read or listen to people talk on social media about alternative treatments with therapeutics that doctors around the world were using to treat their patients with wild success.
Under the Biden administration, 11 federal agencies “exerted tremendous pressure on social-media companies—pressure to which companies have repeatedly bowed,” said the New Civil Liberties Alliance in a press release.
The social media companies that were part of this Partner Support Portal include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. We’ll see if I get censored by some of them for writing this story. I will let you know.
Recently, Mark Zuckerberg was on Joe Rogan’s podcast where he revealed that the FBI came to Facebook and told them that Russian disinformation was about to be dumped and that they should take actions against it on their platform. That was during the time that the New York Post was publishing the Hunter Biden laptop story days before the 2020 election. Meanwhile, the FBI had possession of the Hunter Biden laptop since December 2019. They were helping censor information for Biden before he even stole the election.

The CDC invited “all tech platforms” in to their meeting to discuss how to suppress free speech about Covid online.
Those agencies involved include the White House, HHS, DHS, CISA, the CDC, NIAID, the Office of the Surgeon General, the Census Bureau, the FDA, the FBI, the State Department, the Treasury Department, and the U.S. Election Assistance Commission. The NCLA notes further that, during the discovery process of this lawsuit, “the government has been uncooperative and has resisted complying with the discovery order every step of the way—especially with regard to Anthony Fauci’s communications.”
The reasons for noncompliance include the defendants claims that “White House communications are privileged, even though such privilege does not apply to external communications,” the NCLA states.
In a 700+ page Joint Statement on Discovery Disputes, what was termed the Partner Support Portal was revealed, an integrated communication system between government agencies and officials and social media companies to regulate and control Americans’ speech not only with regard to Covid but as regards their own experiences.
Meta identified 32 federal officials who were involved in censorship requests on the platform, while Twitter disclosed 9 and YouTube 11. Communications did not only go from the government to the platforms. One notable occurrence happened after President Joe Biden claimed, in July 2021, that Facebook was “killing people.” Meta reached out to the Surgeon General after that comment to “engage in damage control and appease the President’s wrath,” the NCLA states.
A Meta executive reported back to the government, saying “I wanted to make sure you saw the steps we took just this past week to adjust policies on what we are removing with respect to misinformation, as well as steps taken to further address the ‘disinfo dozen’: we removed 17 additional Pages, Groups, and Instagram accounts tied to the disinfo dozen….”
According to emails, the information that was censored includes vaccine refusal, and members of the military were targeted. “Vaccine refusal appeared in two main contexts in highly engaged posts – military refusals and consequences (often employment-related) for refusing the vaccine.”
The government targeted like me who were sharing their own experiences:
“News and reports of severe vaccine side effects included both first- and secondhand reports in Groups, with users sharing photos and video related to their own experiences. Highly engaged Page posts contained some news reports of bad side effects, but also included content meant to educate the public.”
On the screenshot below, notice the email is from a Facebook person (@fb.com) to a CDC person (@cdc.gov) and CC’d three other Facebook officials.
They didn’t want people’s experience with vaccine side effects to be discussed on their platforms. Censoring that should be criminal. Social media is now the town square, and they blocked people who were thinking of getting the vaccine from learning about serious side effects. Many of the side effects from the vaccine were listed on the CDC’s VAERS web page. That’s the “Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System” where doctors, hospitals and other healthcare workers voluntarily send the government side effects they witnessed. As if this writing, VAERS is showing over 14,000 Americans have died because of the vaccine, and over 14,000 other victims of the vaccines who now have a “permanent disability.”
We knew the government was colluding with social media companies all along, but this is the beginning of the exposing them. I believe the lawsuits will begin soon. There will be a reckoning for all of this, and I’m talking legally not violently. There has to be if we are to ever trust the government again.
Many people in the Biden administration should be impeached, charged with crimes, or both. They lied to the American people, and they knew there were problems with the vaccines and they got social media tech tyrants to censor the information.
