It happens every election year.
While most Republicans proudly claim to be conservatives and then govern in that manner, Democrats often hide their liberal beliefs and pretend to be moderates or centrists.
Once elected, they swing left and startle voters.
“Moderate Joe Biden”, found himself in the White House. Surprise! Surprise!
Americans are paying dearly to Biden’s 2020 bamboozling. From sea to shining sea, inflation, violent crime and illegal aliens are rampant.
Democrats are back at it: U.S. Senate incumbents are running for reelection, often presenting themselves as moderates with the regime media trumpeting the regime’s “centrism.” They will ride the left shoulder of the Highway to Hell if elected.
The American Conservative Union provides a reliable and quick test for alleged centrism. ACU rates lawmakers’ key votes. Zero is the most liberal, 100 the most conservative. The middle of the ideological spectrum is occupied by scores between 33 and 66.
FiveThirtyEight.com also tracks how often legislators support Biden’s agenda–from zero to 100%. The further they vote for Biden’s left-wing agenda, the more they are left.
These metrics confirm that the Democrat Senate incumbents who face reelection Nov. 8, are MINOs: Moderates by Name Only.
–Michael Bennet, Colorado: Politico describes Bennet “a quiet mode.” Slate calls Bennet “a relative centerist.” However, Bennet’s ACU rating of 5.7 is very low and he votes with Biden 98% of the time.
–Catherine Cortez Masto, Nevada: The Las Vegas Sun describes her as “reasonable moderate” (ACU: 56/Biden 92.7%)
According to the so-called “Paper of Record”, Maggie Hassan of New Hampshire is “working hard to burnish her centrist image without making any political waves.” (6.7/96.4%).
National Public Radio reports that Mark Kelly, Arizona, is ” promoting centrist policies as well as his efforts to reach across an aisle.” (12.8/94.4%)
The Washington Post observes that Raphael Warnock, Georgia, “has positioned himself to be a traditional , center-left Democrat.” (7.7/96.4%)
These senators appear inoffensive. They are not like far-left extremists like Angela Davis or Bill Ayers. Jeremiah Wright. Their voting records show them as the Not Ready for the Rotary Club Players.
Senators Bennet and Cortez Massto are “Moderate” senators. They are left of Sen. Bernie Sanders (democratic socialist from Vermont), who has a higher ACU rating than Cortez Masto and a lower rating for voting with Biden (6.2/92.6%).
These radical measures were approved by these five MINOs:
— The $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan, Biden’s baseline budget blowout is largely to blame for inflating inflation rates not seen since Ronald Reagan’s clean-up after Jimmy Carter.
The absurdly titled Inflation Reduction Act is infested by $737 Billion in tax hikes, and $437 Billion in Green New Deal goodies.

–Requesting that taxpayers with incomes below $400,000 be audited by the new IRS agents.

Ted Cruz, R.Texas, explained to me that these five Democrats voted with every other Democrat in confirming Biden’s nominations Kristen Clarke, Vanita Gopta, as top Justice Department positions.
Voters should verify and distrust Democrat claims of “moderation.” Unlike stock markets, congressional vote records can be a great predictor of future performance.
Sadly, moderate Democrats are almost extinct. Former senators like Oklahoma’s David Boren, John Breaux from Louisiana, and Georgia’s Sam Nunn could all be on display at Smithsonian Museum of Natural History between the mastodon, and the stegosaurus.
Any voter who discovers a centrist Democrat on the ballot must contact the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. It will immediately dispatch an endangered species protection team.
